AC worked fine that’s all.
Dirty room. Hair in bed, on the floor and in the coffee pot! Disgusting. No hot water in shower.

Good location, easy to find.
Short walk to Rochor MRT. Walking distance to Little India and Bugis (or take MRT if you are really lazy).
Friendly staff and very accommodating, sort out any issues quickly.
Rooms are small, no individual room control of A/C. Rooms have flatscreen TV but poor channel selection.
Shower in 1st room was weak, moved to another room (good shower) but bed had some springs poking through, 3rd room was the best of the bunch.

Location is great, easy access to everything and it's affordable. Our flight is late at night but check out was 11am. They allowed us to leave our bags at the reception so we can keep looking around and came back later to get our things.

perfect location. short ways to the mrt, china town, little India, touristic attractions, restaurants and so on
clean is different. the beds were clean and freshly maid. The rest wasn’t. Hair in the shower, dirty floor, walls, bathroom walls.

Centrally Located place, nearer to Little India town centre & amenities
1) Need to Wait 30 mins for 1st day Room Checkin, because Room is Not Cleaned & Ready yet, that compounded Uncomfortable Tired experience
2) Room is Not Cleaned everyday.. Need to inform to staff, followup & chase them to do cleaning that too after 3 days of staying in the Room and need to do the same again for few times
3) One of the staff on the 3rd was so Rude and arguing to clean the Room, which by right should be done by Default, yet being Rude is totally unaccrptable behaviour. One of the other Indian staff was helpful in that
4) Lack of promptnes in cleanliness is s must with SG Clean badge, which is ironically not reflecting ground reality
