Shower was too got couldn't seem to turn down.

Room was horrible, super tiny and the bathroom was a mess! Disgusting and not clean at all. We ordered an allergy friendly room and blanket, but only one blanket was allergy friendly and the other wasn't - which is not helpful if you're allergic to goose feathers! Overall we would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The location is great, close distance (900 meters) to English gardens for a nice run, and walking distance (10 minutes) to old Centre and all it has to offer. The hotel is surrounded by a variety of options for restaurants. Breakfast is fresh, with coffee and tea available all day. My room was comfortable and clean.

Tight squeeze into the parking, but manageable, and comfortable large parking spaces once inside.

The location

No hot water (literally had to have a 1-2min 'warm' shower before it went stone cold). Shower drain stunk and made the bathroom smell like a urinal (we had to keep the bathroom door closed to keep the smell out) WiFi was sketchy and had limitations of use Balcony is shared and anyone can walk past your windows and see right into your hotel room

Great location close to the city centre. A bonus was car parking at a reasonable rate and a great breakfast.

Nothing although a large bathroom that was poorly designed.

The breakfast buffet selection and preparation was good. There was plenty of space in the dining area to accommodate all guests.

This hotel advertised air conditioning, which it didn't offer for rooms booked through booking.com. No mention that the hotel was opposite a construction site with work starting at 6:30am. So open windows with jack hammers was not pleasant. My comfort room for two was more of an efficiency apartment with mismatched and uncomfortable furniture, an induction stovetop and refrigeration that I did not request, and no hair dryer and only one bar of soap at the sink. The television did not work. Reception refused to allow me to checkin upon arrival, even though I told them that would mean a late checkin due to business meetings. After the meetings, the front door was locked. We had to find someone to let us in - with no one at reception, our bags were locked inside. Reception was not open until 8am, which interfered with any questions or service required.
