The staff were excellent, so friendly and always willing to help - particularly the young girl behind the pool bar, very talented barmaid. The location is ideal, with plenty to do and see nearby.

The beds. They were very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Nothing this time. We had to check out early and find somewhere else to stay.

We were placed on the left side of property where there are now commercial bins directly next to the apartments. These bins service all of puerto del carmen businesses. These bins are filled and emptied by lorry’s and large wheelie bins throughout the day and night. If you are placed on one of the 4-5 blocks the left side of reception don’t expect any sleep. As soon as you think it’s finished at 2 or 3am another lorry or wheelie bin tips a load of glass bottles into the large bin outside your window. Although this is nothing to do with the hotel, placing the only family with young children staying at the hotel at the time was within the hotels control. We arrived Christmas Eve and spent the whole Christmas looking for somewhere else to stay. With no resolution or help from the hotel. No refund or discount offered they only refunded the last night that we didn’t stay. The manager would not come to meet me to resolve and I still have not heard from management despite repeated requests!

The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed and the bed was so comfortable.

There was nothing to not like.

Pleasant friendly staff. lovely lady makes the omelettes was so pleasant and helpful. Every where was spotless grounds and pool area well kept and very clean. Easy access to bars and restaurants and taxis very reasonable.

Rooms needed more storage for clothes only small wardrobe.

The quietness and peace within the Club. Felt very safe with likeminded people staying there. The gated entrance brings you right out into the heart of the shops and restaurants which was ideal.

The water in the pool was comfortable to swim in throughout the day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole hotel was exceptionally tidy.
