Room very simple but had everything you would really need. Hotel location whilst not central was about a 5 minute walk to the Elizabeth line so getting in and out of the city was no problem. Quiet area also. Breakfast basic but decent selection and okay quality.

Bed not the most comfortable with one flat singular pillow.

Location is great really close to O2 arena and metro. Stuff really friendly the room is also nice and clean.

Some of the equipment was old but it’s understandable considering affordable price.

Lovely hotel, was a bit of a wild card, as I had never stayed in any hotel in the Docklands area. I was pleasantly surprised to realise it was just a few minutes walking distance from London Excel! Fabulous location, with excellent transport links (Elizabeth Line and DLR).There was a nice bar and restaurant in the hotel, which was so convenient.. I loved my stay at Ibis Docklands.

Honestly I can't fault them on anything, Ibis Docklands is excellent!

Very polite staff

The mattress was so bobbly it felt like sand under the sheet. The flat sheet was too small to fit over the mattress and topper so as soon as I got in bed it all came untucked and screwed up, terrible nights sleep.

I was placed in Novotel the hotel next door which was appalling. The carpet had burn, the beds were hard and there was a leak from showroom ceiling which kept me awake all night. The worst night's sleep I have had.

Everything was horrible at the Novotel for the reasons I have highlighted.

everything was perfect. I stay here for 2 nights I was going to O2 Arena for gigs the DLR station was closed by or could get the Cable Car over. + I had little walk around the Docklocks which was great. also the Excel Exhibition centre is so closed to the hotel.

Felt like a hostel. Selection of food was poor and waited an hour for chicken wings. No salad or fresh ingredients.

I hadn’t noticed that this was categorized as budget. I say this off the bat. The room had no phone. You could not communicate with the reception. No reception staff to speak of. No minibar. A business location hotel. Ridiculous.

Everything. Minibar. A phone in the room. A staff to speak of. Room service. A face towel! There were only bath towels available. Bottled water for the room.

És un bon hotel, lluny de la ciutat però ben comunicat. Si només és per dormir està molt bé. La zona on està és molt maca, són uns antics molls molt ben conservats. El personal de l'hotel ha sigut molt amable. Val la pena aprofitar que està al costat del telecadira IFS Cloud Royal Docks i després anar amb el ferri cap a Londres.

El terra de moqueta i que les cortines, que estaven una mica brutes.

Very poor English breakfast-lack of cutlery, sauces and baked beans waiting to be re-filled,scrambled egg powdered, not fresh-inedible. Certainly not worth £27

Comfortable room. Very clean. Complimentary tea/coffee/shower gel/shampoo etc very good.

Breakfast was available at £13.50 each, which I feel is a little expensive when we only eat cereal. The evening menu was very limited, which means we ate elsewhere in the evening.
