All staff was great, humble, helpful and handled our requests. They're also professional & patient when there is "a koboi" that makes little drama when new year eve breakfast at the restaurant. Thanks to the FO staff (sorry i forget the name of the young lady) for arranging our room comfortable so we don't have to bother other guests since we booked 3 rooms 🤭. Hopefully we can go back here one day.. Keep up the good work 👍🏻

Nice jacuzzi in pool area. Very comfortable bed. Great view from room and the staff are exceptional. Bar is open late. The food in the restaurants was lovely and excellent margaritas!

The gym and spa were not open - it looked like they were doing some renovations but the website didn't make it clear.

the location is quite central to the malls such as Tanah Abang, Pasar Mayestik, Thamrin Mall etc via Grab/Bluebird Taxi. The hotel is quite nice, the staff is friendly and very accomodating.

Location is quite far from any shops/restaurants. Quite a far walk to nearest food. the only one nearest is KFC. 7Eleven closed.

Arriving at Aryaduta is like coming home for me. I have stayed dozens of times. I enjoy it even more every time.

We had a tremor from a major earthquake. But we can't blame the hotel for that.

aircon wasn't cold , we moved rooms after complaining and it was the same , old system no adjustment in the room so stayed warm . very thin towels , road noise was high as windows didn't seal properly . Bathroom was old , small and needs renovations .

Hotel really nice, friendly staff and good service. Ordering room service and the food is delicious. It is quite enough for me and good for staycation.

Quite old furniture, and the bathroom is a little bit clogged. But the staffs are helpful to resolve the problems.

The food at Ambiente Restaurant is exceptional

The size of the room can be bigger.

The staff in the hotel is very friendly and loves to help, especially the receptionist, Mr. Rinaldo, the best employee in the hotel, and he greatly contributed to my choice of hotel and the continuation of my stay there for a long time.

Great breakfast room, with good variety. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The location is amazing, right next to the national monument and close to Gambir station. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast offered both Indonesian style food as well as western style food, which was great. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were a great plus as well!

The rooms are a bit outdated but for the price that you pay that is definitely understandable. The outdated rooms are very much (over)compensated by the great location, staff, swimming pool and breakfast!
