Location was very convenient for reaching my temporary workplace. Hotel was clean, and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Transportation and restaurants/shops in the immediate area were somewhat limited.

Excellent hotel option for business travel to the Lago Patria area! Spacious and comfortable rooms with good dining nearby. The hotel staff really goes above and beyond to meet your needs.

Wonderful hotel, fully recomendable if you are to work temporarily at NATO HQ JFC NAPLES. Great family environment, thanks to Alberto and the rest of the very friendly staff. Perfect breakfasts, served personally at each table. Walking distance to nato HQ. Confortable swimming pool and convenient pizza and sport restaurants nearby

Everything was perfect

Everything was great. I was third time in hotel in last five years and really could not find anything below my expectations. Was in bigger and brightness hotels but in this I am feeling like at home. Rooms are actually big and full functional apartments. Staff is just great.

The hotel was in a good location for my activites and the staff were helpful even rescuing me from the airport as there was a taxi stricke when I landed.

Only thing to make it a perfect 10 would be access to evening food/drinks at the hotel. But there are other restaurants/bar a short walk away.

This was a hotel which was staffed with very helpful and capable people who really make it there business to look after you and make sure you have the most comfortable stay you can. The pool was lovely and the rooms air con was brilliant. It was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, so much so I want to buy a mattress exactly the same!

I think some areas of repairs were needed but that is from customers maybe breaking things and not reporting it to the staff as anything you reported was fixed straight away with no trouble whatsoever.

I got a studio style room with a kitchen. No supplies were given besides ONE glass. No silverware at all. Not even a bottle of water. That was disappointing.

Breakfast was great & room clean & tidy. Alberto went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He directed us to near by beach, restaurant’s, called up taxis & even drove us to the airport on our last night. A splendid host honest & friendly.

The front desk manager was very helpful. He went out of his way to give us useful information.

The room in general smelled very stale. Not sure if the smell came from the plumbing system but airing out the room didn’t help. The plastic toilet seat was loose. The furniture is dated and the linen and towels are worn. The blanket on the bed was thin, old and very scratchy. There is really very little to do in the area and there are no nice places to dine out. Just a very busy road and the highway, and the side road leading to a nearby lake was very sketchy. Super small television.
