couldn’t even get in as the keys weren’t delivered.

shocking appearance and very poor communication when we were stranded without the keys.

it’s in a good location and it had heating in the room with a decent bed so we were warm.

There was no toilet roll provided so we had to go out and buy our own, we didn’t know exactly when we were going to arrive and we felt pressured to give a time of arrival as we were called many times- we were unsure due to traffic and trains. could definitely do with more pillows the one pillow we were given was very flat.

The best thing about this apartment is where it is located! once you get inside it’s not very good!!!

Most things in the apartment are not good!!!

Location and larger than expected

I don't believe it's ever been cleaned, build up of dust on windows, flowers a pungent smell from the bathroom. The pillow was flatter than the towel Curtains were paper thin and let in light Had to pick keys up from 20min away

The location it was in was nice but that is no excuse for the horrendous condition of that "apartment"

Apartment was filthy and in very poor condition. There was a door connecting us to another room separated by a paper thin door that was lightly screwed shut, feeling very, very unsafe and giving no privacy. Host made us collect key from another location at the last minute, didn't show us where the hard to find apartment was, or provide any information what so ever.

Mould, Bed mattresses are horrible There’s a washing machine which is great but no dryer or clothes line

This is a great example of the sad decline in standards created by people who want to charge as much as they can and who are offering as little as they can. The property address is not located between the door numbers it should be but is on a side street further up the main road This should have been made clear when I collected the keys from a rather unhelpful and grumpy receptionist at a hotel almost a miles walk away . The property is extremely shabby, noisy and has very basic facilities. The only positive I can add is that the shower was good.

That the staff found a solution to the situation.

the flat we had rented was out of orden and we were not notified. We had to walk twice to other flats the first evening and again the second day to new flats, to get accomodation.

Location. The accomodation is in a very good and luxury location in London.

Accommodation was disgusting and unhealthy. Someone can leave the accomodation sick from the dirt. The floor was full of rubbish, drugs bottles, food and used paper. The carper was black and full of dirt. The duvet had blood from period, which you covert with the duvet protector. The room is not safe and the door is almost broken. We were afraid of leaving our stuff unattended for 5 minutes. We didn't had warm water for bathroom. Not only I don't recommend the accomodation but I will mark it as dangerous for any kind of infection. On our first day someone asked us to check out while had 2 more nights left. Everything was so dirty that we couldn't sleep and relax. Please pay something more, and stay healthy. You would regret it if you go on this accomodation. I would ask for a refund if I could. My body is full of spots after sleeping in their beds. Unacceptable!!! Stay away!

Location is very good.

Room could have been better. I was not able to get WiFi password. Oven and the cupboard were not so clean. However my expectation was bed and bathroom so fine.

Location

The apartment was not clean. The worst part was we had no hot water or heating for our stay despite calling several times to report and chase it up. 3 children and a pregnant woman with no hot water and heating in February is totally unacceptable.

Only thing I liked was when I booked the room thinking it was cheap for the location

Location not as shown in booking: A massive disappointment. I had a hotel booked for an overnight stay as I had to go to the airport next morning 5am. So I was going towards the address as shown in the booking close to Gloucester station and was then told the address is not there! So I had to walk 10minutes to Cromwell hotel to collect the keys. No customer service: At Cromwell hotel I told them I am there to collect the keys. They asked me what is the address and I said I don't know and no one told me anything. Even at that point it didn't seem to click for the 2 guys behind counter that I was annoyed for being made to run around. As if the situation wasn't ridiculous enough one guy started saying the address in a monotonous voice and neither of them seem to understand the situation. I picked the keys anyways and started walking to Gloucester road station only to realise I have to travel another 30+ minutes! All exhausted after travelling since morning I decided to abandon the hotel. I had selected this location because I wanted to travel early morning and I decided to cut my losses, search for another room and found one 5 minutes walk from the station for 50. Was worth it. After resting and having my dinner I returned the keys at midnight. Would never come back again here.

Great location and good value for what it is. Do not expect high standards - realise you get what you pay for. Cleanliness & facilities could definitely do with some focus but the hosts were accommodating and communicative. I had to collect the keys from a hotel a 10 minute walk away - bear this in mind if you have significant luggage.

While the sheets themselves were clean, the bedding and mattress underneath certainly weren't. Other than that, for the price, everything was as expected.

I booked a apartment with no working boiler no heating no hot water and damp in seating room even after we was giving a hotel room because of non working boiler the rooms were disgusting they smell really bad and the double room we was given was tiny and the bed was under the window the women wouldn't close and we didnt sleep all night extremely uncomfortable

Noone told us exactly which flat so we had to test with keys. Entrance not clean. Entrance door to our flat wouldn't shut unless locked so anyone remaining in flat had to be locked in - total fire hazard.

Facilities - kitchen and bathroom not clean. Faulty ceiling light. Faulty kitchen taps Bathroom door would not close. Shower water not hot. Only two non matching, dirty cups. Only one glass. Windows hadn't been cleaned for years! Basically unkept and dirty apartment and a lack of information. To return keys, we had to walk with our luggage to a distant hotel before our journey home.

The whole place had a horrid odour. You only get one key but the front door does not close shut without being locked so if one of you wants to pop out while the other stays in the door is not shut! Equally the bathroom door does not stay shut! There was a layer of dust in places you would not expect, eg the TV, worktop around the microwave, the windows etc. There are very limited self catering facilities, we had to pop to out to get a couple of glasses.

The size is reasonable for the price and so is the location.
