Terry couldn't be more helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy, comfortable bed and quite spacious.

Stayed here a few times and always stayed in the same room but the room wasnt available this time. We were still on the ground floor which was great but we had a double bed instead of the usual twin room. Personally found the bed ok but im used to a memory foam mattress with my illnesses i found it a little uncomfortable but my mam found it comfy. The room was just as nice as the one we usually have and very clean. Its close to the town centre so didnt have too far to walk.

Just the hardness of the bed but thats just a personal thing.

Location was great. Host was able to meet requests. Key pickup was fairly simple.

Had to request towels, an extra roll of toilet paper, and even coins to pay for metered electricity. As a “hotel” type of establishment, these things should all be included. I also didn’t like that the bed only had a sheet and comforter - no top sheet. I cannot imagine they clean the comforter each time.

Fabulous place, basic and clean. In a fantastic location for the Tower attractions and Winter Gardens. Terry is a top bloke and would do anything for you definately go again if am in Blackpool for the weekend
