Great location, Paul & Cheryl are a lovely couple excellent B&B nothing is too much trouble. Very nice Breakfast great choice and quality. Everyday in your room are homemade treats delicious. Would highly recommend.

Paul and Cheryl are the most accommodating host and do extra mile to cater the needs of my husband’s disability needs..our room is very clean and spacious..breakfast is sumptuous.. I would take this opportunity to thank them for making breakfast out of the menu for my husband..we will rate our 3days and 2 nights stay as 10/10👍👍 I highly recommend it

First and foremost the hosts, Cheryl and Paul, are to be congratulated on the way they run this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was immaculate with the little added extras which show they go above and beyond for their guests. Cheryl even provided some gluten free cookies for me (as I am coeliac) and I have never been afforded this kindness in any other establishment I have visited. The breakfast was varied - cereal, lovely fruit and freshly cooked breakfast all served, with a smile, by Paul. Home made cakes put out on the side for you to help yourself to a slice. I visited with my sister and our suitcases were carried upstairs for us and down again on our departure. Our taxi to the train station let us down and Paul kindly stepped in to get us there in time. We hope to visit again as the hotel is located overlooking the Babbacombe Downs and out to sea so is just perfect. We only hope this review does not mean it will become so popular we will not be able to book again!

Beautiful property, excellent location, stunning views. Hosts couldn’t do enough for you . lovely home baked cake left in room which was a lovely gesture. Room was a lovely size with large double bed .

Location was really good, right on the downs with a lovely sea view from the front of the accommodation, 5 or 6 places to eat and drink within minutes of the accommodation and a bus stop 1 minutes walk to get to torquay Town centre.

I would like to recommend this property. It was really nice and charming staff, very friendly and very profesional. The property was full cleaned and it looks new. Thank you for doing a enjoyable staying to us. Also the breakfast was really nice.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel! Absolutely stunning views of babbacombe and very close to the pubs for a nice meal and a drink! Staff were very welcoming and friendly, really made me and my boyfriend feel at home, breakfast was amazing too! Definitely Recommend the salmon and scrambled egg on toast.

On our arrival we were met by Helen, who welcomed us into the Seabreeze after our 4 hour drive and we were offered a complimentary pot of tea and a slice of freshly made cake. Room was spotlessly clean, big enough for the two of us. There was a small fridge in our room which had inside it, fresh milk and a large bottle of water. Also there was plenty of tea, coffee and chocolate drinks to have and biscuits, which were replenished daily. Great choice of breakfast, nothing was too much trouble and freshly cooked by Adam. Both were very knowledgeable about the area and told us places of interest to go and ideas where to eat.

Great location, and Torquay is lovely - was great to spend a week there. The room was very clean, and the bed was very big, both of which we appreciated. They had good contactless hand sanitiser dispensers, and we also liked the list of restaurants they provided.

Breakfast was served in two sittings, one from 08:15-08:45, and the other from 09:00-09:30. We had to have the 08:15 sitting for the first half of the week by virtue of the fact that we had arrived last. This meant that the holiday break wasn't as relaxing as we were looking for - and crucially these breakfast times were not advertised in the online listing. Separately, although the hosts were largely pleasant, we felt that they were somewhat rude when we inadvertently damaged a towel, and it meant we ended the stay on a sour note.

Helen and Adam were lovely hosts and looked after us fabulously. It was a special occasion for us, and they made it all the better for their generosity and care. The rooms were lovely and breakfast was delicious.
