The location was spectacular - such a gem. We were happy in the beach house but I would love to experience the main hotel sometime. Breakfasts were sensational. The food was so so good - too much bread but it was delicious!!

The room was not worth it. Far too expensive for what we got. 2 sleepless nights because of noise of neighbors returning from their dinner. Problem with electric stuff. Room was next to the parking.

Amazing location, facilities and service. The food was delicious. Every meal was superb. Super peaceful, calming and relaxing location.

The property is located in a beautiful setting with an amazing view over the sea. The two pool by the sea and by the restaurant are unique. Breakfast is nice and the buffet is full of fresh fruit, different sweets, cheese and other options. The restaurant offers a Mexican / Mediterranean menu which is good to try once.

Unfortunately we were offer a room (36) which didn’t meet at all our expectations. The room is located in the so called beach house close to the beach but is under the ground level with few small windows overlooking the public terrace where other guests of the hotel can walk through and have access. On top of it being underground smells very badly (like mold) given the humidity. The room was also full of ants and there was a wardrobe that was not closing properly and was having a bright light all night. This was really disappointing and spoilt our stay at the hotel. when I told the receptionist about all the above the only thing I got was an implicit acknowledgement that the room was not great and a “I am sorry”. Nothing more. For a room priced at EUR850 per night this is pretty unacceptable. I would not rent that room at all if I was the hotel. It is absolutely below a 5 stars hotel and a rip off. We probably got the worse room in the whole hotel and when we booked we had no idea was underground. Really disappointing

Fabulous breakfast, plenty of choices and lovely terrace with a view. Loved the location, setting, the sea swimming and sunbeds dotted around the hotel grounds.

Did not like being situated in the beach house, very expensive for an under whelming experience. Rooms and bathrooms not great. Food at dinner overrated.

location and building and food all exceptional. Not a budget holiday but it is magnificent.

Everything about the property from the private natural rocky beach to the two swimming pools, scenic views, cozy and clean rooms, and Ofcourse the amazing breakfast and dinner which were a culinary art.

The only thing my partner and I were very disappointed with was that the property had a lot of mosquitos and there were no mosquito prevention measures in place, which was very surprising to us for a high end place like Can Simoneta. Between my partner and I we had 28 mosquito bites! Which has made the rest of our vacation very miserable. Most of the bites came from our private lounging area that was dedicated to our room but there were no tiki torches, or mosquito capturing/repelling candles, or spraying the area before our arrival. Other luxury hotels we have visited were very proactive about their mosquito prevention measures as it can significantly impact the guests experience of the property. We even had bug sprays ourselves that we put on but there were so many mosquitos that it didn’t help much. We did mention this problem to the concierge desk and hopefully they will rectify this issue in the future as we would love to come back again.

Stunning landscapes, beautiful buildings, excellent service

Everything is top quality, best of the best. Breakfast is amazing, staff incredible, hotel is gorgeous, everything is spotless and highly recommended. It is one of the top hotels in the island, remote, beautiful. The chef is a genius and everything they do is full of taste and delicacy.
