We loved the accommodation. The rooms were stunning. The beds were very comfortable and a great night sleep was had. The sitting room was great in the evenings and we used the balcony every night. The kitchen was fully stacked with everything you could need for home cooking. We were at the pool daily, although quite cold we still swam as it was great to cool off. We played tennis daily and the gym was superb for every workout

The only faults: pool bar was expensive compared to other resorts we stayed in €4.00 for a coffee €19.00 for a prawn omelette Toasted ham and cheese was good value at €5.00 The pool was very cold actually much warmer in the sea and the lake at the shack.

great swimming pool and both bedrooms had en-suites! The property was cleaned daily and also fresh bread rolls delivered. The staff go above and beyond.

Cleaning staff where very good. plenty of beds by the pool.

i booked a garden apartment based on the photos listed on booking.com, and paid a premium of €800 about 25% of the total cost. The garden aparetment we recieved wos notning like the photos that compelled me to book it over a balcony apartment. it was about 20% of the size, with a 10ft tall hedge. Joao in reception began by ignoring my email, until i personally visited reception 3 days later. Mistakes happen, good customer service act quickly and look after customers. Joao in reception did nothing at all to either assit us or in the slightest way inidacte that he gave a dam. Downright dishonest to use the photos when you one have 3 garden apartments and 1 of them looks notning like the photos. Truly shameful customer service and gueuinely so rare these days in my experience that i stll cant quite believe it.

villas were very pleasant decor, light and nice space, pool size was good and nice and warm with requested heating and resort is a great location for campus and lake. staff very pleasant and helpful when arranging stay - organised bikes etc

restaurant and pool bar not open. resort really needs a little mini super market. the bread a lovely touch but arrived too late for early starts with my children!! the roads and area around the pool area looked a little scruffy.
