I would be more precise with the location, we had some trouble to find the apartment. I suggest giving the Tivoli restaurant’s address…

Beautiful apartment - large, comfortable, great shower, excellent location. Even though there was a cafe one floor under us, the sound-proofing was excellent and we couldn't hear anything. It was a wonderful base for exploring Bolzano. Excellent and fast responses both through the booking assistant and phone.

Diretions were a little confusing and we initially went to the street address rather than the address in the shopping mall. Perhaps the instructions could be reversed - give the Via Dr. Streiter 18 address as the place to go and indicate the apartment entrance is across the street. Once we went there, which was listed 2nd on instructions, the Tivoli Apartments location was very clear. Google Maps had trouble finding Galleria Vintler 1 and took us to Via Vintler 1. It would have been nice to have one of the simple maps of Bolzano in the apartment rather than having to chase it down at the TI which wasn't very convenient and behind some construction.

Clean and well equipped apartment.

The apartment was large, clean and very comfortable! There was even an espresso machine with pods, which I appreciated.

It was difficult to find, but that could have been because we were tired and each street in Bolzano seems to have two names. That has nothing to do with the property. If the City of Bolzano allows better signage on the street that would be helpful.
