Great place with excellent location in Gouna. Food was great. Many swimming pools with AQUA for kids and adults. All inclusive option was very good value for money and with a lot of varieties. Night Club with free drinks from 10 to 12 pm.

Rooms should get some rehabilitation for beds and TV a little bit old.

Loved the location, excellent breakfast, the pools and water slides were very nice

The room facilities were a little poor, need some renovations and some toiletries

I wanted a ground room

Friendly staff and keeping the place and swimming pools clean despite large numbers of visitors. Very nice aqua park which my daughter loved. Several swimming pools

Buffet staff were kind and helpful, but there could have been more variety and better quality food. I only did bed and breakfast.

The hotel is very good, very clean and the staff, the animators at the top are very pleasant The food is diversified and of good quality.

Everything about this hotel works - staff, facilities, cleanliness, food, location. Absolutely nothing to fault.

The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the person in the reception under the name of Mohamed Kalhy and the manger under the name of Refaat Farghaly

Friendly and accommodating staff. Our AC broke and when I asked them about fixing it they sent someone right away and got it working. The resort itself is very pretty and cozy. Our family liked the all inclusive option. The location our room was great especially with kids.

The beds are like sleeping on cinder blocks and the pillows are awful! This alone is enough to make us not want to stay here again as we woke up in pain every morning. We wish the pools were warmer as none of them felt heated. Also the pools closed at 4:30 so there wasn’t much to do with preteens after this and we found the evenings to be boring. A couple of days they never even opened the water slides or on other days they were late opening them. The activities listed were often different than what was really happening which was really disappointing. The food was okay, but not great.

The staff was nice and professional.

The place is like a maze, we got lost and struggled to find where to go the whole stay. The bar at the pool was dirty, there was sand in our drinks and there was not much to choose between. The bathroom in our room had not been cleaned properly. The massage was not good at all and i would not recommend anyone to go there sadly. The massuses was not educated properly and seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing.

I loved the restaurants and the different theme nights at the peanuts bar was very awesome !

Resort is nice you have a lot of varieties pool, lagoon and beach

It was too crowded and very limited places available by the pool, there weren’t much entertainment by the pool or even at night only in the pub and there wasn’t much variety in terms of food; it was flavorful though.

Overall, it was good - the pools and food. Special thanks to Mr. Michael in the reservations team for his support in modifying the booking, regardless of the final outcome. It's a big place with many pools, including one aqua pool for kids. The food is very nice with different options available throughout the day. There are lots of activities every day, and the hotel is always bustling with people - you can feel the vibes clearly once you enter.

The reception team is usually busy for the big numbers of guests. The room service is not responding quickly to room requirements, such as providing slippers, bathrobes and iron machine. Another issue is that ants are common in the rooms, especially if any food is left behind. Furthermore, the daily activities and parties are not well announced, making it difficult for guests to participate. Additionally, some staff members at the outside pools appear uncomfortable if you order drinks more than once, even though they are included for free in the all-inclusive package.
