the bed mattress very bad out of day the mattress too old the middle slumped need to replace the new mattress most of the bed because we’re having 3 rooms almost the same issued

The room was fine and the pools looked lovely. The omelettes at breakfast were excellent and all the staff were great, friendley and helpful.

Toilet was cramped with not enough space round it. It would be safer to have teapots in the dining room rather than walking about with boiling cups of water. Also the butter is awful really lardy tasting.

We were a group of 8 and had a fantastic holiday at this hotel. There was always lots of choice of food at the buffet, great selection of drinks and super friendly staff. Aly was always on hand to run activities during the day and always kept us entertained (OKAAAAAY!). The rooms were clean and great views from the balconies. Plenty of sun loungers and other spots to sit away from the pool. Nightly entertainment was always fun. All in all we throughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend!

Outdoor pool wasn’t heated so was unfortunately too cold for this time of year.

Aly was a great experience host, he was great with all the guests, made the activities really fun and was willing to do extra things you asked him that weren’t on the schedule either.

The outdoor jacuzzi isn’t heated which was a disappoint and a bit misleading.

bit noisy and overcrowded dining room - you need to find a suitable time to have a relaxing breakfast, lunch or dinner;
