Las vistas son muy buenas, esta en una zona muy elevada y se ve muy bien la playa y la ciudad. La comida en el Buffet esta muy buena. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y acogedor, ideal para una estancia romántica.

Bij het aankomst! Staat in de beschrijving de " sleutels ophalen van calle de Oslo 2". Niet direct kunnen vinden. Zou het niet gemakkerlijker zijn om te melden "sleutels ophalen in hotel naast." Op booking.com staat nergens op dat daar veel trappen zijn. Ook hotel lig op een helling. Bij het afgeven van de sleutels heb ik moeten terug keren naar de kamer op het 22ste verdiep om de plastic vuilzak buiten te doen. Ze hebben dat aan ons niet verteld bij het unchecked, blijkbaar kan je dat lezen in de lift ! Plus moet €200 afgeven bij inchecken, wordt terug betaald binnen 7 dagen als je geen schade gemaakt heeft. HIER GA WIJ, NOOIT MEER !

The apartment was not clean. The dishes had rests of food from prior customers. The oven wasn't usable, since there were no trays and the crew didn't have one to lend.

No me gusto el trato del chico de recepción llamado Alex. Después por entrar 2 h antes de las 17:00( cosa que es la primera vez que veo que se entra a las a las 17:00) también nos hicieron pagar 15€ de parking mas 10€ “de fianza” y otros 200€ de fianza para una noche… que creo que lo de la fianza de 200€ tendrían que ponerlo más a la vista para que todo el mundo lo pudiese leer y no escondido y al final de la “letra pequeña”

The view was the only good thing of this place.

The apartment was not cleaned the towels were dirty but packed. The floors were not clean, windows looked like you poured something on them. I felt dirty staying in this place and I couldn't take a shower as the bath didn't look sanitized at all. We opted for the parking and the door broke of the parking so anyone could come in the parking making us anxious about leaving the car there. It's absurd they charge a pet fee however the place is not clean enough for humans. Didn't feel OK with my pet walking around the place.

La limpieza, había suciedad ahí donde mirabas pareciera que los limpiadores solo hubieran barrido y tendido la cama, además de que al tumbarnos en ella por la noche nos picaba todo. Hay mucha diferencia entre los cuidados que se aprecian en el hotel respecto a los apartahoteles. El holding exige que los huéspedes dejen el apartamento ordenado, sobretodo la cocina y saqué la basura realmente es algo razonable. Pero no entiendo esa exigencia a los huéspedes cuando ellos no cumplen su parte de limpieza.

Balcony views beautiful but due to noise of construction site constant drilling we couldn't sit on it! The apartment is lovely but wouldn't have chose here if I knew about the noise as it was not relaxing and alot of money

Their is a massive construction site next door that start work 8am to 7.30pm every day breaking out concrete with machinery. Impossible to relax in the balcony to admire the views so don't waste your time going for that. We contacted the owner on the first day asking for a refund and have been ignored. We wanted to make our holiday special and move elsewhere where we could rest and they ignored us... no refunds I understand but this is special circumstances and they should be letting people know beforehand about the construction site.

Absolutely nothing at all, decided not to stay at all

There was no one at reception when I arrived, I had to walk to another hotel to get the keys, we had 2 rooms booked, i went to my friends room and it had no sheets on the bed and was stained, Pool was in the shade the whole day, cockroaches everywhere around the complex, bins outside not emptied , there was a dog in one of the apartments that are residential and barking all night on the balcony, way too far from the centre, air con didn't work, the buffet was cold and had been sitting there with flys on some food since very early and the food was awful, the bar is mediocre and very expensive Do yourself a favour and do not even contemplate this hotel, it will ruin your holiday

Kitchen hadn't been cleaned properly, sauce all over the wall. Lift a bit dodgy , glad I was only on the 9th floor and not all the way to the top. Location was hilly but we knew this when we booked and it wasn't too far from the main area we like .

No previous information about where to pick the key up from. Nobody on reception to ask. Unable to park legally outside of property while we enquired about the key. Only one key available, for 3 people. Dirty mark on bed sheet. Noisy adjacent building work.

Good sized apartments with lots of good amenities. Really great being able to use hotel facilities where the pool is fantastic and has a bar serving food, meaning we didn't need to use the apartment pool which wasn't as good. View, especially from the 34 th floor, is incredible.

Location is up a steep hill which isn't so easy to get to. The free bus to the beachfront was hugely helpful but finished early evening and was often full before everyone could board. Lifts in the apartment blocks were slow and meant waiting long times to go up or down.

Apartments with very nice views, big terraces, clean and comfy. Well equipped. Check out procedure takes 10-30 minutes and check out time is quite early (10 am)

Breakfast is good, but the restaurant is full and very noisy.

We liked the location as it was situated a little out the hustle and bustle. The room was comfortable, clean and perfectly adequate for our stay.

The building works and heavy machinery was going on opposite the hotel. It was guaranteed to wake you up prompt and early!
