After we arrived at the train station, the suggestion to get to the condo is calling a number that shows in the booking and someone will pick you up. So I called and of course Marcos is the one who picked us up. He dropped us by the convenient store for buy some foods, snacks before get to the condo. The condo is not that new but you will have everything that you need. Dry room for snowboard/ski equipments. You can cook in your room, the kitchen has everything. A living room is so comfy. If you want to buy a fresh food, you can make an appointment one day before, Marcos will give you a ride to the supermarket. You just open the window, you already see the slope, which is the point to stay here. The important thing is Marcos can speak very good english. He helps me a lot when I got accident while snowboarding. Without him must be more tough. Thank you never be enough. Excellent service ever !!!!

It's old but not bad.

Location. Next to ski slope. I can wear my gear in peace, away from the crowd. Smoking is allowed in the deck area, that means I can take a smoke break every run. Awesome. Indoor heated drying area for gear is a great facility. I didn't mind that the rooms were not super luxurious. Given the price and my focus on snowboarding, it didn't bother me. At that price point, it's a great deal for me. The manager Marcos is super friendly and helpful. I would definitely return for future Hakuba trips.

Marcos was an exceptional guest who kindly drove us to the supermarket and to happo-one as the bus was not working at that time of the year. The hotel is perfectly located so you can ski-in/ski-out easily as it is on Hakuba Goryu (just need to ski down to the lift or the gondola) I would definitely recommend this place

Definitively the location. It is a true ski-in ski-out. Perfect even for beginners or young kids as the slope in front of the hotel is a green one. My 5 year-old daughter could also ski-in ski-out. The hotel manager is also great. Very helpful and kind. He drove us from the bus stop to the hotel, with a stop to a convenience store for us to get a few supplies before reaching the hotel. And he drove us to the bus stop as well for our trip back. He was very arranging, and understanding. We had a nice stay with our 3 kids (10/7/5).

No surprises, but the room is a bit old. Except for the fridge and microwave, the installations and furniture are aging. This was not an issue for us, largely compensated by the outstanding location and ski resort, and great view on the slopes.

Marcos was the most accommodating host we could have asked for. Going out of his way to drive our group of 8 all over hakuba to the shops, to the onsen and out to dinner every day Marcos made us feel incredibly welcome and at home, he would always make an effort to be friendly and crack some banter with the fellas. Marcos 10/10 host. 10/10 location.

The property is in such a great location. It’s just right up the hill from the bus stop so not far at all. You can literally walk out to the Gondola from the hotel. The place may seem a little out dated but for the service and location it’s a small sacrifice. Marcos, the manager of the hotel, was beyond exceptional. Whoever owns this location definitely got lucky when he found Marcos and his family. Marcos drove us anywhere we needed and helped us understand the location. His son was the same age as our twin boys and they got along great. His family was beyond sweet and helpful. I can say that we will definitely recommend this place and be back again and you can thank Marcos and his family for that.
