Nice location and layout. Large rooms with good view.

The rooms are currently under revamp and will be great again once completed. I got an old room which was worn. Still charged a 5 star price though. Had to also move rooms as the original WiFi and Aircon wasn’t working.

The rooms are big. The furnishings good quality and it is a nice location.

The staff members can be so rude! On Sunday March 19 around 7p.m. I was served a burger by a super rude waiter! Extremely rude it's like a 5 star place but they are not used to 5 star people. On my way back an uber driver told me the place is frequented by Nigerians and their sex workers and it made sense why we I got treatment of second class citizen I literally had to ask for EVERYTHING 2 or 3 times! Room service is a myth and by the time the person shows up they are super annoyed. I got anxiety before I dialled 100 to ask for anything and the plan had been not to leave my room. Staff members also shout at all hours of the day oblivious to the fact that the lake attracts people who are looking for a place for quiet meditation. Definitely NEVER going back there.

the aircon was not serviced, my bag and clothes were wet in the morning from the water dripping from it. there was construction as early as 7 whilst still sleeping. it was unpleasant, I went there to reset but didn’t enjoy much.

warm welcome, respect from the entire staff and their quick service/response to room service.

The staff, the food is excellent.

The furniture, lights needs to be maintained, and the TV system in the rooms needs to be upgraded.
