Nothing to dislike

We stayed here and find the place mesmerizing. It's a beautiful location just in front of beach. Beach is so beautiful, clean and full of energy. The property justifies it's name as "Sea front beach huts". We have taken 3 rooms, Beach front room, Side view room and Family room, all are very neat and clean, spacious, bathrooms are very clean. Restaurant is also on the beach front, from where you can enjoy your food while viewing the sea. Property Manager Mr Vinay is very gentleman and is very helpful. One more staff Mr. Rupesh is also very cooperative. They have arranged scooty on rent for visiting nearby places. Also they arranged Cabs for returning back to Station. Overall must visit property.

Foods are on expensive side. No other thing which is not good.

The location is superb. Just walk out of cottage and take a dip in the ocean. Perfect for a peaceful vacation.

We stayed in Patnem for 3 nights and 4 days at Sea front beach huts. We were in the AC beach hut directly facing Patnem beach. The entire stay was perfect. The rooms were well maintained, water bottles provided daily and cleaning done during our stay. The restaurant within the property served really amazing food and had huge variety for vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The hotel and restaurant staff was very professional and made us feel welcomed. Vinay helped us arrange for an awesome boat trip on our final day which was very serene. The proximity of the property and access to amenities makes it for a perfect stay in south Goa away from the hustle of other popular locations. Definitely recommend and hope to visit soon again !

The location, food and staff is excellent. They are very warm to all guests and takes care of request s promptly. Nothing to complaint and infact I am super happy about the stay. The beach is just outside the room; also they will arrange dinner on the beach. The food is a bit pricey, but I gather it's same for all beach front resorts.

There was no clear instructions on car parking. We have to use pay and park facility that is available nearby. Car won't go till the resort. It would have been good if it is available as part of resort information.
