The view from the apartment was amazing looking over the beach and ocean. This is definitely one of the complex best features. A little disappointed that pool didn't open on time to try it out as the only other area to sit was unkempt with broken sun loungers and definitely hadn't been cleaned during 2 week stay which attract3d lot of files. That was the only real negative and should be an easy fix to freshen up the area.

Location is excellent.Fantastic view,from the 15th floor.Apartment had a huge Balcony.Lifts were easy to use.Apartment was large with separate bedroom. Large wardrobe.Bright and very clean.Handy utility room for washing clothes.Water heater and clothes drier supplied.Shower pressure excellent.Bathroom good.Plates,cookware and cutlery good.Cooker clean.Furniture in lounge adequate.

No WiFi in room,only in the reception.No aircon,will be very hot in the summer.Bed frames very poor quality.Mattresses were ok.bedding ok,pillows poor.No mirror in lounge.TV too small.Kitchen units required attention.Balcony chairs poor. could do with cushions for chairs.

Well priced apartments in middle of Poniente Beach area. Plenty of supermarkets, restaurants close by. Old town about 15 minute walk so not too bad. Good sized apartment with great enclosed balcony with sliding windows. Helpful staff at the reception !

Slightly far to old town but still walkable. For the price, no real bad points.

The apartments are a good size with a large enclosed balcony ,exceptionally clean ,they are very quiet ,no noise from other apartments ,very good value for money ,the reception staff are very helpfull and are happy to take the time to help you ,I felt very safe at these apartments as the doors are always locked ,they are just across from the beach ,

Full sea view. Spacious apartment. Lovely reception staff. In a quiet area near Old Town but still with plenty of restaurants and street cafes beside it. Thought it was great value for money.

First impression of the outside was not good, and doesn't reflect the lovely interior. It could do with upgrading and painting . Didn't like that the pool area was in a different place than the loungers, which were uncomfortable. No pool bar. No air conditioning or fan. No WiFi in apartments even though free WiFi in reception. However considering what we paid for 11 nights compared to other similar apartments in the area I can't really complain
