The staff was helpful , we took a family room with a pool view but it was so narrow but it's OK. Location so good near to shops area and the new marina. Thanks for Mr.Abdelal the manager was helpful,restaurant staff, chef Ahmed ,and all stuff thanks a lot to make our stay comfortable.

Elevator is not working😬 Kind of change with food and prices in the restaurant was so expensive with not so good quality. Try to change somehow with the breakfast Content,and quality of food.

We arrived at night in a hot weather and the reception was hot and the place was dirty the room wasnt cleaned well , the stuff in toilet were used as there was some dirty hair in the shower. The pillows were used and dirty and lots of yellow spots everywhere around it .

I arrived to Hurghada late and arrived to the hotel at 2 a.m. The late check-in was no problem. The staff were very kind and they upgraded my room to bigger one without surcharge. The place was clean. The hotel has a great location next to the marina. It is away from the main road, so it is very calm. The breakfast is very basic, so if you are looking for a hotel with a variety of options this is not the place. To arrange for late check-out was no problem. I would recommend this hotel to travelers, that look for a quiet place near the marina and don't need it to be luxorious.

when arrived was told lift was not working so had to walk up 2 flights of stairs had to wait four days for clean towels the bathroom was not very well looked after very dated and the bath was not clean at all breakfast was not very appetising so brought a loaf and they toasted it for us the pool was badly maintained and I got an eye infection The pool water was not maintained and the manager said every day it would be done tomorrow the tiles and the pool area was very dirty and had to clean sun beds before using

No wifi beyond the lobby area. The breakfast options were negligible and denied us 2nd omelette on the table. Coffee and tea were DIY. Bathrooms are old and not well maintained. There was yellow water in taps. We checked in around 11.45 pm and they demanded we pay cash upfront. They were not accepting cards and made us go to an ATM right then. The rooms are decently sized but not great.
