La nostra casa per le vacanze si trova in una splendida posizione a Paihia con una spettacolare vista sul mare che si affaccia su una delle più famose spiagge di nuoto di Paihia.
È solo a pochi minuti a piedi lungo il lungomare del villaggio e una grande selezione di negozi, caffè e ristoranti anche se gli ospiti preferiscono solitamente cenare sul ponte e godere dei mobili da giardino, barbecue superiore, tendalino elettrico e vista mozzafiato!
La casa su due livelli è elevata silenziosa e privata. Contiene due camere da letto ben separate e nella seconda camera si può scegliere di avere due letti singoli o un super re. C'è una cucina completamente attrezzata con a piedi in dispensa, un ampio salone con divani in pelle e una vista mozzafiato sulla baia o cespuglio nativo da tutte le aree della casa. TUTTA LA BIANCHERIA E LE ASCIUGAMANI SONO FORNITE.
Questa casa è perfetta per due coppie o una famiglia fino a cinque persone in cui il divano letto doppio può essere utilizzato nel salone.
Gli extra includono due kayak, Sky TV (con canali cinematografici e sportivi!), Wi-Fi a banda larga, CD e una selezione di romanzi, giochi e puzzle. Ciò contribuirà a rendere la vostra vacanza in Bay of Islands davvero memorabile.
"Superbo! Una delle migliori vacanze estive che abbia mai avuto la mia famiglia di quattro persone. House era perfettamente pulita, completamente attrezzata (compresa la connessione wifi per gli adolescenti) e la posizione era perfetta. Essendo elevato, si ottiene una splendida vista dal ponte ed è molto facile raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia. Come visitando gli abitanti del Sud, abbiamo parcheggiato qui per 12 giorni e abbiamo esplorato l'intero Top of the North. Spettacolare - ci è piaciuto molto. I nostri padroni di casa sono cordiali, disponibili e "invisibili". Non posso raccomandare abbastanza bene. Noi torneremo.

This apartment was spotlessly clean. It was beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything that you would need. Dishes, towels, bedding. It has a large soaking tub and large shower. Easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Also a short walk to the beach. It even has kayaks for guest use. The hosts are helpful and they answered questions quickly. Everything sounds good right? But wait there’s more. The view is amazing! The front part of the apartment is all windows with views of crystal clear blue water, islands and the beach. It is especially beautiful at sunrise, but there is no bad time for this view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. 5 stars. Highly recommended.

This property is outstanding on all fronts. The hosts, Kay and Wayne are very welcoming, leave you to your privacy but are on hand if needed. They allowed us to check in early and check out late. The property is even better than the photos. No expense is spared on furninishings and it has everything you will need. It is located perfectly, just ten mins from the town and very quiet. We explored the area and some of the islands. It's stunning and we cannot wait to return!

We enjoyed the beautiful views, and the well-equipped apartment. We were disappointed not to have air conditioning in the bedroom, though the fan was helpful. The parking would be a bit tight for larger cars.

This was the most beautiful, comfortable and clean rental we could have asked for; when we walked into the living room, we literally gasped at the stunning view. It's even more beautiful than the pictures show.
Kay thought of everything we might need. Lots of soft linens and towels, the kayaks which we took on some great adventures with access right down the street, good quality kitchen supplies, complimentary milk and coffee, games, TV and strong wifi, it goes on.
The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have the kids' room down the hallway for some privacy.
It's a gorgeous 10 minute beach walk into town with restaurants, ice cream and a small grocery store and shopping, and a 2 minute drive to a bigger grocery store. There's a playground at the beach in front of the house. We cooked most nights on the BBQ and ate out on the deck overlooking the ocean. The view from the primary bedroom is amazing, what a way to wake up!
The location within Piahia is perfect, a bit away from the town and off of the main road, but close enough to walk most places you wanted to be.

Clean, Cozy, Comfy beds, Great shower and Tub. Easy to find cookware and dishes. It has everything you need to enjoy your trip with no fuss. Coffee provided. Body wash, shampoo AND CONDITIONER :)! Got to take out the kayaks which was amazing. Awesome location. Kind and attentive owners.. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home ❤️

The house is tucked away behind other houses in the bay and the open plan kitchen and lounge which open on to a terrace has brilliant panormic views.
We stayed with our two young girls who loved the house and short walk down to the beach.
The house is really well equipped with everything needed for self catering even kayaks and life jackets!

We had a wonderful stay at Kay and Wayne’s place. It was a perfect place to spend a week. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the views were spectacular. We really appreciated the nice touches of some food stuffs in the kitchen. Kay and Wayne were warm and welcoming. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to rest.

We stayed for 3 weeks at this fabulous place and have only good things to say about it. Location, view, privacy, quiet and comfortable -- all those critical basics were met. But on top of that, everything was so ship-shape -- windows sparkling clean, great washing machine, fully-stocked kitchen with a few cooking essentials such as oil, S+P, a few spices, and fully stocked pots and pans. The huge sunny deck was an absolute delight. The bed was super comfortable, bathroom spic and span. Everything we could possibly need was there, even a couple of fun kayaks for ocean adventures. I have traveled a LOT and I have stayed in a lot of places and this ranks as one of the top 3 places I've ever stayed in. An absolute delight from beginning to end. Thank you Kay!

We loved this property! Perfect mix of beautiful views and outdoor space, and a feeling on homeliness and coziness. Kay’s communication was excellent and we were allowed to check in early which was amazing. Everything was so clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. It’s not quite in the centre of Paihia, but the walk there is short and scenic. I would highly recommend this property!!

Family reunion in Paihia
Really fabulous place to stay, views from the deck were tremendous, clean and spacious it was ideal for our visit to see our son and his friends after two years of covid lockdown. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Piahia Stunner!
Out family had an awesome time in Piahia. The house was absolutely stunning and out kids thoroughly loved the kayaks. The views over Piahia are amazing and the house had all the amenities you would ever need! Super clean and comfortable. Totally recommend! Thanks Kay!

Tropical tree house !
This is a wonderful property! A beautiful location, on top of the hill looking down across the beach. Warm and full of light. A wonderfully appointed kitchen and bathroom. The beds are comfortable and the house was exceptionally clean and well cared for. Undercover parking underneath. No parking for boats but this could be arranged at the marina or boat storage if needed. The Sky TV and WIFI a welcomed and well utilised extra when the weather turned during our stay!
We will definitely be back!

Best spot in paihia
Had a great stay here as a family of 4. First time to paihia and this place took the cake. The property has everything you need, you just need meat n veg for the BBQ. Well looked after place.

Incredible location has everything
Perfect location to visit Waitangi, pop across the road to the beach amd see Russell.gorgeous views across the deck. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed.

Superb holiday home for a family of 4
This is a great house for a truly relaxing family holiday. Kay is a very gracious host, who despite living on the property, left us to enjoy the house as our own. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped for a holiday rental and great for the foodie on a self catering holiday. The location is great for access to the beach at Pahia, the Whaitangi Treaty grounds/ museum and the Whaitangi MTB park.
