Fantastic location and so spacious. The house was beautifully decorated, it had everything you needed for a week. The view in the morning was stunning due to the upside down living. The locals were friendly and the pub down the road is good for food. The bed were comfortable and the shower is powerful.

Unfortunately the road and driveway was flooded due to spring tide and and exceptional amount of rainfall. So we had to go buy wellies.

Very well equipped, with plenty of everything in the kitchen. Every time we wanted something, it was there! Beds were very comfortable. Loads of power points!! Really liked the layout, with living space upstairs and bedrooms downstairs. Great utility room. Useful big entrance hall.

Well, the bath wasn't great but that's a very minor criticism (and the shower in the en suite was excellent which cancels it out!).

location. lounge comfortable.

cleanliness of bathrooms. very tired. beds and duvets well used. Pubic hairs on back of toilet. Visitor book just an appliance book. No location information. Fridge old. all shelves on door missing or broken. birds nest with bird over front door. outside building peeling in bad need of painting. balcony chairs filthy. all had to be cleaned. no table on balcony.

loved it all but especially the living area upstairs so you get the views of the water and boats .

would only say bed wasn’t that comfy but that wouldn’t put me off going again .

The lodge location is exellant.it is clean and conterful and the area is also ideal.

It is ideal for relaxing. Undescribeable seenary.

Location good open door and you are on the broads

Very busy and couldn't hire a boat suggest a boat included in booking.
