Smelt great! Fresh and clean. Airy and spacious. Great location for lots of activities. Adjoining twin to the main bedroom is great for the little ones. Kitchen superbly equipped. Nice bathrooms.

Only an issue if you're after a quiet, peaceful break but it is next to a main road so you can hear that. Not loud enough to stop you sleeping though.

The property was very spacious and an excellent location for exploring Norfolk and Suffolk. It was absolutely spotless and well equipped for home-cooking if that’s what you choose. However there are good takeaways (who deliver) and a couple of pubs a short drive away which are well worth a visit. Hosts were perfect and always available if needed.

The Fakenham Road is very close the property which is very busy and noisy at certain times of the day, although we didn’t let it spoil our visit. There is no enclosed garden as stated but good dog walks a short distance away.

Location great to access a variety of places to visit, the long barn was able to accommodate 3 generations all living together for a week, there was ample space for all, kitchen very well stocked on utensils, heated floor was beautiful, extra external storage space to place suitcases, easy accessible shower as well as alternative bathroom! Hosts very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend and shall be returning! Thank you again !!

Was a lovely barn. Owner came over to greet us and was very nice. Nice and clean arrived to everything we needed.

Shower head in Bath needs changing to something more powerful or bigger. On a main road so very noisy
