We were initially placed in a room with an extra bed which made the room feel dense, we brought this up to the front desk's attention and they moved us to another room. The room is spacious, nice view of greens and the ocean, comfortable bed, quite room, working cable TV, and AC. We stayed during the weekdays so there were fewer guests. The staff were friendly and polite.

The breakfast food choices were limited to a checklist, due to fewer guests during the weekdays which was not communicated to us in advance. When we booked the room, it stated the breakfast was buffet, so we thought the price was worth it. Had we known, we could have chosen a different hotel/resort. The Filipino breakfast offerings were acceptable, however, the American and English could be improved by a lot especially the bread. We didn't like the canned fruits served, so we went to a nearby market to get fresh fruits ourselves and it didn't cost a dime to get bananas, buko, and seasonal fruits like papaya. Some information in the listing is outdated like the spa and massage which was inoperational, not sure how long it has been. Lastly, going to the swimming pool/beach area was kind of troublesome.

When I arrived at past 12Midnight due to delayed Flight then the lady counter gave me the Key of my Roon in 4th Floor when I reach the Area the Lobby is dark No Light the When I open my Room all were Switch off No Lights, Aircondition etc. Then I tried to call the receptionist but no answer. Then I went to inform her what happen to my room and lobby is Dark then she followed me to verify then she found out that the Main Switch was Off that's the reason the Room was very Hot. And only that time the Air-condition was Switch on and It cannot cooldown the Room because its and old window type and does not install directly to the Bed so if you will lay down in my Bed No Air-condition that you can feel comfortable. What I did was since there was a small Sofa directly to the AC since I was very tired I laydown to that sofa so I could fell asleep the Coll air wind from the AC. The as a result the following morning what I got were headache and body pain when was so disgusting that I have paid expensive Room and in return make me Uncomfortable. Not recommended for other customers.

Prio to the Arrival of the occupant since its Hot in Cebu they must switch on the Air-condition must be switch on and the lobby must be lighted.

The main staff here is great. The restaurant here is also very nice. Great staff there also. The access to pools is a little steep for handicap but pools were nice n clean also. The food portion is nice size for money.

Well. Had some room issues on check in thar was hard to fix through booking because the manager is bullhead and described room wrong Which has since been fixed. But he wanted me pay walking upgrade price instead of the price on booking.com. if it wasn't for their nonsense it would been totally enjoyable. 1 more thing though. The check in area had no fan or ac running. I know it's Philippines but have some air flow. Gees Beach access. I don't know where beach went. But during the day the tide seem to be up on steps directly to water. Not sure if certain part of year u can see beach. I did not.

the resort is exactly diff in the photos posted. the toilet is clogged. the shower bulb is dirty.

Location--it was okay

Parking area was congested with unnecssary stuff. Staff was limited. When we arrived,there was a company party & left over food was left near the plants and some bottles..no staff was in the area esp pool area. Breakfast--so,so..pool--it seems that there was a lot of chlorine applied

Breakfast and cold pizza in the afternoon, take to Long time too. Waiting 45 min and than got cold pizza its not good enough.

The breakfast food was not good and day use food was not ok .

I ate half cooked chiken.

The bill from booking.com did not reflect when we arrived at the resort. Booking.com was 2.6k while at the resort we were asked for 3.6k.

Overall, our experience was good only not the stairs going to the pool a d beach is quite tiring for my senior citizen mother who really like swimming in the beach. It's much better if they have elevator down to the basement leading to tbe amenities 🥰 And also i didnt find a garbage bins in the pool and beach premises.
