I was there in July 2022 and I liked and enjoyed my stay and this was the reason why I selected this place again. The location is very convenient, close to the Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and many stores and restaurants.

There was a very bad odor in the bathroom, specifically it was in entering the shower, I reported It to the reception but the problem wasn’t solved.

La ubicación es muy céntrica y es muy fácil llegar. Solo reservamos alojamiento en una habitación triple y la habitación era justita ya que había 4 camas individuales. Súper limpio y el personal encantadores todos.

El baño muy pequeño. Debería tener estantes o repisas para dejar el material de limpieza que uno lleva a los viajes.

We must have been assigned the worst room in the hotel. It had only one small window less than a metre wide looking out directly on to a wall. No view at all. Most rooms had balconies with views. It was very dark with hardly any daylight. Worst of all, when I asked about the safe deposit box (which was left locked in the open position), the person on reception gave me a scrap of paper with the code. There was no way of changing it, which meant that we couldn’t risk using the safe. Shocking! We have cancelled our booking for August in this hotel and rebooked elsewhere.

A good location as everything we wanted to see and visit was reachable by foot in 30 min.

Room felt cramped. 4 beds in a row with very little space to move around. Felt more like a dorm than a hotel. It was ok for 1 night but a longer stay would have felt claustrophobic.

Room was extremely compact. We barely had place to walk or keep our suitcases.
