Location and the fact is has a balcony and access to fresh air

Information was not sent through in a timely manner, I had to jump through more hoops signing lease agreements and having a $500 hold (more than the money for the length of the stay). Confusing information was sent through around the door code and simple things were not outlined like access car park access (there's no swipe for the car park and the remote is on the key but finnicky). I needed to call the host at least 3 times. The bed and matress was cheap and crappy. Even with two quilts, it wasn't warm enough and I had to sleep in my woollen jumper. The pillows were also cheap and flimsy. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom so on the first night I slept with wet hair. I discovered as I was leaving a hair dryer and straightener were in the hallway closet but were so cheap and flimsy they were unusable.

location was very convenient for our stay. Heating was efficient and bedding was warm.

The towels were disappointing. There were two thin scratchy bath towels, which considering the standard of the rest of the property I found that to be disappointing. Thick soft towels make a huge impression! There were several tea bags which was great, but only two milk capsules. We arrived in the evening and enjoyed a cup of tea, but then had no milk for an early morning tea before heading out for the day. Again, considering the overall standard of the property I would have thought 4 milk pods or even a small 250 ml longlife milk would have been better. Not much more cost for the host, but a much better experience for the guest.

Very clean and comfy, well appointed, perfect location. Very modern. Great instructions to gain access.

The unit is big & spacious in a security building. A great location with walking distance to Canberra city shops & weekend markets. I will be staying here every time I go to visit Canberra.

Great location close to shops and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, aircon, hairdryer, etc. Private parking on site in the underground garage. Easy check-in and check-out. Sarah was very attentive.

Needed to keep the balcony door closed as there is a constant buzzing noise from the restaurants below. Some issues with the cleaning but Sarah was very attentive and offered to send the cleaning team back, which was appreciated.

Walking distance around Central Canberra. Laundry facilities good. Secure location.

Bed wasn't completely made when we got there, both lamps in the lounge didn't work, mould in the bathroom.

Didn't know it an air BNB and my SMART phone is very old so had trouble getting in. Was told to empty the rubbish bin before I left but there was no information on where to empty it.

The location was very central with only a five minute walk to the city centre. It was located in an area with lots of cafes / restaurants making it very convenient for dining options and meeting people. The property was very clean, modern and comfortable. Soundproofing of the apartment block was exceptionally good as I could not hear any noise from other apartments or the surrounding streets when all doors are closed. Communication with the host was great. I would definitely stay at this property again when in Canberra.

There was no aspect of this property that I did not like.
