Rooms can be more cleaner but once I requested they cleaned immediately

location was ok except for the fact that there was a bar close by

hospitality!!! security was drunk and coming out of bar and didn’t help with parking . the rooms didn’t had any toiletries (no dental kit no hand wash no tissue ) in hand wash bottle a blue liquid was kept when checked we were told that was shampoo . no kettle and had ac issues for one room . they had some other switch turned off from their side and didn’t even inform or correct when we complained about ac . tea cups were not cleaned after our use . I have stayed in treebo many times in the past and this was not up to treebo standards . food hall was full of flies , watermelon piece were cut open where flies weee flying around . lift switch was not turning on when a floor was pressed and in television no channels were subscribed . normally during checkins guests are informed about breakfast time checkout time etc , we were just asked to pay the remaining amount and nothing else . windows had an old yellow towel hanged which was dirty and was covered with curtains .

Main Road property

AC was not working properly, intercom facility was not available one of our room. Our language TV channels were not provided even we wish to pay for that.

Rooms are neat and clean

manager behavior is not good, no Wi-Fi password provided. Only cash payment option is available.

Room & toilet were good. Room was spacious & bed was comfortable. Courteous & friendly staff.

Too far from the city. In middle of nowhere. TV was non-functional. Food was overpriced. Not recommended if you are willing to explore the city & visit the tourist spots.

Room was clean, excellent safe parking and a good breakfast.

The staff were constantly trying to extract more money. At check in the price was raised until I produced evidence. No restaurant so we had to order room service, to be told "prices out of date" Had to give extra in advance, but no change given. The doorman demanded extra for "security" I felt taken advantage of.....perhaps if I were Indian this wouldn't have happened.

Decent ambience. It is Just a normal Hotel room. You can relax here after a long day.,

Checking time was at 11am but I reached hotel at 6pm, yet the room wasn't ready.. 1) Floor was sticky, 2) No remote for the TV. 3) Room service number was not available. 4) Breakfast was dumb (not an la karte). All the above are accepted only if the Tariff was less. Not value for Money.

Neatness Morning breakfast

On booking.com though I paid 50% amount by credit card for confirmation, M/S RUFTUB SOLUTIONS PVT LTD has recovered 100% amount by using my credit card details without my knowledge . I have sent an email but there was no response. Only after checking in the hotel, Mr Ali understood my problem as i was reluctant to give 50% balance as already 150% amount was paid through my credit card. As a result i have to block my card and have to face inconvenience in my tour. Mr Ali informed to Area Manager and insisted to refund the extra amount at the earliest. Due to his efforts i got the refund.
