They were unable to fix the Television during my stay for 10days.

Small cozy hotel..whenever i visit chennai my first choice is this .i feel like home ..lovely interiors..clean rooms...tasty breakfast..for this budget they give the best

The lift was too small, not even one person can fit in and the washroom was too small again, the door non was broken, we informed still that wasn’t fixed and the commode was broken, again we told about it but didn’t fix it

Cleanliness

I booked the hotel under the impression that it was a hotel. After reaching the location, I realised that it is just a serviced apartment. The advertisement was misguiding. In addition, the number of staff were inadequate.

The guy at the reception was really helpful. He made our stay pleasant . Thanks to him. He even declined to take some tips money. On arrival we were offered a room which was not upto the mark. But the staff quickly arranged a different room which was much cleaner and had a better ac. The ac however was leaking water and by the next morning there was a pool of water under the ac, which was a safety hazard. But once reported , staff took care of it. The room had a working TV, kettle. Breakfast was provided in room which was good. Location wise it's 10 mins walk to velachery bus stand. So it's a bit interior. There is a grocery store and pharmacy right next to the hotel. For restaurants, the best option is taking a 10 min walk to velchery or order online via swiggy or zomato.

Location , difficult to find or to explain to auto or cab guys. Price is bit on the higher side. Provided the facility is bit dated and needs improvement in some areas , price can be bit lower .
