Such an amazing apartment to stay in with great facilities. Was very relaxing.

The windows can be a bit cleaner for the lovely view outside.

No complaints about this property - I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends & family.

the staff if doesn’t take care of the customers , they did mistake and they didn’t do anything to fix it . for something new like that , they could have smart tv with Netflix etc … it s a pent house and not an hotel

This property ccompletely exxceeded my expectations. The tremendous spacae that the loft bedroom proided, the spectacular view of the bridge, the excellent kitchen facilities; the beaurtiful bathroom, the exquisite training pool and well stocked gym were all much more than I exxpectd, especially for the price. The best value for money hotel I have ever experienced. I will definitely come back, especially if the fee/night remains so resonable. This was a stay vacation and this will be one of many stayvactions at this hotel.

The staff were a lite amateurish but tried to be helpful. Not many spoke English fluently

The staff don't know English and don't turn on the spa, they insist there is no spa. They finally turned it on. Also didn't like that the reception lady takes a photo on a mobile phone of all guest passports and keeps them there. She has hundreds of passport photos. This is a security breach and should not be occurring. I made her delete mine when I checked out.
