Our first room was stinky (mold), but we changed to another room without trouble.

Location was close to the beach.

WiFi was bad. I repeatedly asked them to assist with the WiFi and they came to assist every time but basically told us it was working well and left it at that. Not very helpful at all.

I waited half an hour in the airport wait for pickup which I booked in advance, at 11:00pm. the staff knock the door for cleaning the room in the early morning on the second day. it was not very nice experience. Don’t consider it’s a resort, more like a homestay with careless hosts, then it is ok.

ロケーションと値段。アロナビーチまで1.2分、マックやコンビニまで1.2分。朝ごはんが無料、バリエーションは多くないがどれも美味しいし、小まめに補充されていて必要十分。プールはきれいでいつも空いていてくつろげた。値段は年末年始のハイシーズンでもビーチ沿いのホテルの半額以下でコスパはよい。

水回りと収納系家具の少なさ。水回りは今まで数あるアロナのホテルに泊まったが最低レベル。設計に失敗してて、排水溝が一番低くなってないために水が全く流れていかない。毎回洗面所まで洪水し、掃除が入るまで全く水が引かない。そのため洗面所と便器の前にスノコが敷かれているが、サイズが合っておらずガタガタで滑りやすく、シャワーした後のトイレで踏み外すと足がびしょ濡れになるため大変ストレス。

I love the staff cause they are attentive and concern. The place was very convenient to the beach which is the highlight of all. And the food was great and delicious .

The proximity to Alona Beach, restaurants, and the room is clean.

The stairs going to the room. It is very difficult when you have lots of baggages and there was no phone extension to call the receptionist so you have to go down and back just to ask for something. The room is okay not soundproof so you can hear when someone is in the hallway. The buffet breakfast is good but nor great. Overall it was fine, the place just need to level up in terms of comfort and other amenities.

It's not much of a hassle but there's no elevator. If you have a lot of luggage, it's going to be a bit of a pain. Although the really nice and very accommodating staff is there ready to help.

The location and facilities were good. Also the buffet breakfast is good as they serve it very early like 6:30AM till about 9AM. The rooms are big. They also provide change of towels everyday. The staff were friendly.

The pool is too deep for a child. It is merely 6 feet deep so you may want to look after your kid while swimming. Though they do have floaters but only two of them so when there are many people, you have to wait for them to finish it. Also, the WiFi is not that fast and I think they need to upgrade it since there are many people connecting to it. The connection is intermittent and also mobile netowrk signal is not that good when in the property but when you go out, it is ok.

The Filipina staff have poor understanding so as the KOREAN owner. We requested for an early check in online coz we had a wedding to attend to at 1:30 pm but they refused to let us check in ealier than 2 pm. However, we still managed to ask them nicely when we got in the hotel and explained to them that we needed to use a room for us to prepare and at least take a shower. As we also saw a lot of guests checking out early so we're expecting that there's a vacant room for us,but still they refused us. So we had no choice but to get dressed using their public CR. The owner was there looking/staring at us but he didn't even give his permission for us to check in early. I don't know maybe they're just accommodating fellow KOREANs. We even told the staff that we're going to check out as early as 8 am the nezt day coz we have to go home early. We were just there for the wedding. We were very desperate already. But still they said "NO" I have travelled to different places and checked in different hotels and those hotels were very accommodating when we request for an early check in, but this "MGH HOTEL" is quite different. Very disappointed ☹️

Close to the beach

Great location everything was very close the beach was only a 2minute walk, The room was very clean and spacious, and they supplied us with fresh towels every day. The staff was very good, the breakfast was also good, Wifi had a good signal and no problems overall it was very enjoyable and not expensive to stay highly recommended!

Aircon ,tv not working when we enter in the room .Used soap from previous guest was found on soap dish.Shampoo dispenser not properly filled up.Toilet still dirty,some hair on the rim and some marks from previos guests dirt.

The location was great, you could walk to most places around Alona beach.. AND the breakfast, wow it exceeded our expectations, as for the staff, they were superb and very friendly. This is a great place to stay.
