I had a lovely bright attic room with dormer windows and a casement window, desk, WiFi etc. Quiet residential street No trouble parking outside Close to shops, pub and a chippie. Easy instructions l. Everything was made very simple and the price was unbeatable

The attitude of the owner.No TV in room,despite advert saying so.Was promised blind would be fixed the next day.Received no furthur response despite my efforts.Martin is FULL of empty charm.As long as he gets paid,he could not care less.

No different to before. Had the exact same room I booked before. It was convenient and near to the city.

For two straight nights, I was woken by a woman screaming at the top of her voice. Unsure if this was a neighbour or within the building.

The room was clean, tidy, and well heated. Strong WIFI. Close to the city centre.

I found Martin extremely helpful and available for questions throughout my stay. I was also impressed with the facilities and security. I stayed in a shared accommodation with my own room and several other visitors, who were respectful, friendly and pleasant to stay with. The Wi-Fi was free and extremely quick from my experience. The kitchen was well equipped, with utensils, cooking equipment, fridge/freezer, oven and gas hob, kettle, toaster and washing machine. I was nearby local shops and the centre of the city was a short walk. The information I was provided on check-in was very thorough and informative. I cannot recommend this place enough. Extremely good value for money.

I could not find anything to fault. I very much enjoyed my stay. No negatives in my opinion, especially for the price, it exceeded my expectations.

Low price and central location

Manky dirty carpets and sofa, very dirty kitchen, no mugs left, no toilet paper, no cleaner to empty the bins

The property has everything you need including kitchen and washing machine and fridge/freezer so you can cut the cost of your stay by cooking for yourself. Bedroom was basic but the mattress was comfy, price was great!!

Everything was great, The place is not far from the city and also very quiet. Favourable for me to study, because i was there for a short course

The rooms were not really clean, i used the shower and as i had closed the door I couldn’t open from inside i was stuck for over 30 minutes until i head to use my teeth and a towel to open, bad experience. Traffic noise was another issue.
