Lovely quiet location with a good view across the valley

View was amazing, security waa great and patrons and very friendly and helpful. Very good location for access to Peak District.

Cosy, well looked after studio apartment with everything you needed for a weekend away. The owners were friendly and took the time to make sure everything was ok during our stay.

Pauline and Malcolm couldn't have been nicer hosts. The Cottage itself is amazing and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Definitely one of the best places I have stayed

This is an absolute gem of a place. Only found it by chance but is my new favourite place to stay in Sheffield. The hosts could not have been more welcoming (Thank you for the toast, tea and natter in the morning!). The apartment itself is separate from the house and so offers lots of privacy and some lovely views. The kitchen is well equipped and fresh milk in the fridge for a brew was a lovely touch after a long day. My partner and I have two holiday lets of our own so we know how hard it is to achieve this standard.

Genuinely nothing to put in this box. The only thing perhaps would be that the bed is a mid sleeper so if you have mobility difficulties that could be a hinderance but other than that it's just right.

The location was amazing and the owners could not do enough for us. 😊 Travel between the main city and the cottage was cheap enough using the day savers on the bus and trams.

My fault - hadn't checked photos closely, so didn't realize we had to go up steps to high bed, under the sloped ceiling. We managed, and the bed itself was very comfortable, but a little tricky to access!

From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I felt so at home, Pauline and Malcom were so welcoming and I will be returning. Thank you both and I hope all works out for you and your family, you will be in my prayers.

Malcolm and Pauline were wonderful hosts - super easy to talk to and incredibly helpful with great knowledge of the local area. The Studio had everything we needed and was thoughtfully designed. Location was excellent, allowing us to quickly get to local hikes in the peaks. Would definitely stay again!

We like everything,very nice studio,clean,beautiful arrangement,you can use all the facilities,a lot of walking circuits,the owners very friendly and warm people...we will go again!
