Très bon emplacement au calme et à quelques minutes de marche de Broadway street (rue animée - bars/restaurants/boutiques etc…)• Bel hôtel moderne- chambre confortable - très bonne literie.
Le PDJ qui pose un réel problème d’organisation de la part de l'hôtel, car comme ce matin 5 juillet 2024, nous sommes venus à 8h30 (sachant que l’on peut prendre son pdj jusqu’à 9h) et très mauvaise surprise, les plats étaient vides ou quasiment vides, plus aucunes viennoiseries, une longue file d’attente pour accéder à la salle et découvrir qu’il n’y a plus aucun choix … De plus, il n’y a pas la capacité suffisante de tables et de chaises pour s’asseoir, certains mangeaient sur leurs genoux, d’autres remontaient avec leur pdj dans leur chambre, c’est inadmissible pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Il faut vraiment que la direction réagisse fasse à ce grave problème d’approvisionnement et d’organisation !

No AC and no accommodations for the inconvenience. It was in the 90s🔥 Front desk mumbled and talked soft so hard to hear and understand. Not a friendly place

Bed wasn’t comfortable. Cleaning could have been a bit better ( blood stain above the toilet, spattering all over the picture on the bathroom wall). Parking is atrociously expensive.

They charge $45 per night for parking. I have never stayed somewhere where parking wasn’t included. Staff wasn’t very personable.

I loved the facility it self it’s a very beautiful property.
They charge you unnecessary fee’s and take forever to refund them back. The machine was broke to get into the parking garage.

Ashley, Jamiya, Matt, and the manager were exceptional... very welcoming. Ashley went above and beyond by gifting us a bottle of wine and a gift bag after informing her that we were in town celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary.
The bartenders Gabriel and Laura were outstanding as well.
The hotel, location, amenities, and employees... outstanding.
Will definitely stay again purely for their customer service.
Breakfast was good. It stopped serving too soon. Wish it was open until 11 am.

The location and helpful staff before I checked in.
I left an item in the hotel and only a couple of hours later called, and when back to retrieve the item and they told me it couldn’t be located.

Very good location. The apartment I stayed was very spacious with sitting room, kitchen and comfortable bed.
Breakfast did not include many options. Even though the bed sheets were supposed to be changed every 3 days, it seemed like they were never changed.

Pool was out of order. We specifically changed hotels at the last minute so we’d have an indoor pool, so we were extremely disappointed. Wyatt at the front desk was extremely accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with our stay.

Eingangshalle, Parkplätze neben dem Hotel, alles zu Fuss erreichbar, wir hatten einen Safe im Zimmer. Ich war im 7 Stock und hatte eine tolle Aussicht. Sehr hilfsbereite 24h Rezeption. Frühstück war gut. Es gab auch frische Früchte. 😍👍

Klimaanlage isr gut zu hören, das Zimmer vibriert immer leicht.

Property is well located short walk to night life on Broadway in what appeared to be safe area. Rooms clean and good size.

The room was exceptional! Bathroom was huge! Wine opener in room! Maybe 6 blocks from broadway! Bed was super comfortable! Room design is cool! The bathroom was so white and so clean! Breakfast was very good! Lobby is comfy! Would stay here again. I prepaid $190 total. Good price! But paring was $45 and that’s a rip off.

We had a Studio Suite with 2 Queen beds & Kitchen. This room was very spacious & had full amenities, beds were comfy & shower was great. Breakfast was good, had alot of choice. Easy 5-10 min walk to downtown. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast had a mix of hot and cold options, plenty of choices for our allergen-ridden family, and it was all delicious.
Every staff member was happy and friendly. Clearly great management in this hotel.
the heightened security in the elevators mean you scan your card to reach your floor. I am sure this makes some people feel safer, but it was a bit obnoxious.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado con respecto al centro, aunque es más tranquilo que los que están cerca de Broadway. Es una ciudad típica para ir de despedidas de soltero, por lo que es difícil encontrar sitios donde no haya mucho jaleo por la noche. Este hotel cumple con las expectativas de tranquilidad/emplazamiento.
- El desayuno era de muy poca calidad
- Nos cortaron el agua y no avisaron, tuvimos que bajar a preguntar qué pasaba, el agua caliente nunca volvió.
- La ventilación de las habitaciones era bastante mala, no se podían abrir las ventanas y el aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba muy bien.
- Nunca nos limpiaron la habitación en 4 días que estuvimos allí.
