We walked in and everyone said wow 🤩 it definitely has the wow fa toe , the view was amazing. The rooms huge , the master bedroom gorgeous, jacuzzi bath brill. Huge fridge freezer. Well equipped kitchen . Nice bar and foyer area . Staff friendly in the bar .

When we arrived the valet parking was hard work , took along time for car dropping off and car collecting . The lifts very unreliable, we had to walk from level 12 yesterday up to level 18. The lifts and corridors always seem To smell of Cannabis . No button on lift to 18 which I found confusing when First arriving , it’s actually PH button for pent house , easy when you know how 😃

Location was fabulous. The problem was that the unit and the over-all property has not been kept up as it should. The wall and baseboards were filthy!! Moldy in the bathrooms. Makeup stains on doors

The furniture outside our PH 3 was dilapidated and stained. There was ashes on the balcony from the previous guests smoking. One thin blanket for extra bed. Bedding old. Just over all disappointed. Hot tub closed.

The valet service was slow and mandated. It was disappointing having to valet our vehicle each time we arrived and departed the condo knowing we’ll be waiting at Least 20 minutes.

It took 1 hour in line for the valet parking which is the only option. Additionally there was no access for the stroller and wheelchairs to get to the lobby which is about 12 stair flights. The staff was not very efficient to check in people quickly.

absolutely gorgeous rental property and right off the beach. we would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay by the beach - beautiful ocean view.

the initial parking and check-in was a little chaotic and confusing but once we checked in things were great.
