The communication with the property manager was terrible. On check in day I texted at 1 pm or so and did not get a reply 'till 9:30 or so that evening. Similar thing happened another time. The place is in need of painting, with marks on the walls, and filthy. No way to stream movies i.e. no smarttv to sign into netflix or what have you, and the tv is ridiculously small for the living room (as you can see in the pictures). A closet door is broken and the vanity shelf in the master bathroom is tilted down. The other bathroom door does not lock. There was no blanket for the sofa bed. The lights over the balcony (and the microwave don't work). No oven mits and no baking tray, and the utensils etc were strewn all about in the drawers. The decor is very stale. Two wine glasses had lipstick, the glass table was cleaned with a dirty wet rag leaving streaks all over it, there was an open can of pringles under a bed, and the master mirror had shaving stubble all over it!!! The whirlpool trickles out water, and there was an old candle left on it. The lighting in the living room is dim. We were six but there were only 5 beach towels. The check in was rude. The pool is like a public pool, nothing special and there is construction going on next to it. The gym is disgusting and not as described!!! However, the view in all three rooms is spectacular, and the balcony is huge. That almost made up for the paint, filth and other issues. I would not return to this apartment.

This apartment is located in a huge building. When we arrived from the airport at midnight Friday night it was still a long line of cars waiting for the concierge to take care of them. After around 15-20 minutes we were able to hand over the car key to the parking staff and headed to check in.
Check in was smooth. The apartment is on the last floor (I guess 17th, so called penthouse) and has a huge balcony towards the ocean. It’s fantastic.
The building is next to the beach and the access is easy. Thank you for the excellent place.

I have trouble checking in I have a broken foot and have to Stan up for more 45 minutes and they cannot find my reservation. Place needs some paint and do a little more clean up but it has the most beautiful view we were so happy so it just needs a little love but the view compensate it will stay here again.

The only complaint that I have is that the air conditioner really didn't work The condo never got any cooler than 79°. It was a little rough. But we weren't in our room for long periods of time. We were out and about, so it was OK.

Loved the ocean view and there were chairs ,floaters and beach towels for the beach. Very clean inside the property. Outside there was water damage and a rank smell from a blower outside of our room. Amenities like bathroom and HVAC system were quite dated for the $$$$ price of the rental, Safety was an issue as I am still recovering from a broken ankle. I wish there were hand rails or something in the showers/floors to prevent falling and injuries. The work around was to just slide around with a towel under my feet for stability. Dining options were limited so we just Ubered around and used Uber Eats. Uber car service and restaurants were very fast. The downstairs convenience stores helped out too. The washer/dryer and complimentary laundry soap was very sweet. The people were nice. The lobby gave an old Vegas feel. I wish there were a concierge or person that could have recommended places to go. Overall, our Host was super responsive,. I would recommend our room for spectacular views of the Atlantic ocean, quiet and peaceful environment , relaxation and beach days for families and the elderly .

I will start with the pros, the view was outstanding and quite unbeatable. The condo was very spacious and a good layout for accommodating several people at once. The beds were nice, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The beach access was very close and easy to get to, and there were also chairs and an umbrella in the condo to use at the beach which was a huge plus. The cons are that some of the finishing touches Within the condo were of subpar quality. Bad looking water pipes hanging out of the wall behind every toilet. A lot of rough patches done to the walls and the trim work was not very nice. Not to mention the master bath vanity and glass shelf appeared to barely be hanging onto the wall. The exhaust fans did not work in the master bathroom either and we also had a problem with one of the toilets clogging while we were there as well due to the slow flushing. There were several loose receptacles on the walls that did not work as well. The elevator system is the craziest elevator we have ever encountered. Be prepared for a long waits and congestion not to mention the elevator stopping at nearly every floor whether someone is there or not every time you use it. The line to check in was also very long and took approximately 25 to 30 minutes to get through. Overall it was not a bad experience and it was very easy to get in touch with management if we needed anything.

This property pictures are not real or we’re take. A long time ago! The lady at the front desk was rude and not very informative! The outside of the building looked to be condemned! I would not recomend it also they would not reimburse me my money when I was only there for 5 hours and went to a different hotel!

The view really makes up for anything negative. When we first walked in we were underwhelmed but in comparison to the area it was in line. Miami overall is pretty run down. The condo really grew on us and we loved our time there. The access to the beach and walking path is excellent. The valet were all great. The elevator takes a long time during 10-noon and after 3-7. The location was great for us, not to busy.

View was the best part of our stay! For future guests you really need to get the valley system in check otherwise we had the best stay and will be back, thank you for responding quickly and getting our reservation figured out!

We had a great time. Direct beach access. Great pathway up and down the beach. It was so nice to have 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms face the ocean. Long line to check in. Parking is crowded. Not alot of restaurants and other amenities close to the condo. The penthouse was beautiful with a large balcony.

You can’t arrive before 3pm or they charge you extra, then when you do arrive at 3, there is a long line. Heavy construction on beach all 3 days. Dirty sheets (sex stains). Gym wasn’t open the entire trip. Not worth the price!

We had a pretty good stay here. The view was unbeatable and the location was very convenient to the beach. Everything was clean and comfortable. The accommodations can use some touch ups where it shows a good amount of wear and tear. The gym was so awful that we decided to forgo our workouts. The equipment was old, dirty and some were noisy. This was an important factor in choosing this property so it was a bit of a disappointment. There is a convenience store in the lobby, which we found helpful. Overall, it was a great stay in Miami. It’s all about the view
Overall, the property and the unit could use a facelift. I would have given full stars if more attention was paid to cleaning bathroom and balcony, higher quality bed linens, pillows and additional comfortable seating in main living area. The view is incredible. There was a lot of sargassum in the water and on the beach (out of everyone’s control), so it was nice to have the pool. We didn’t have a car, but the valet process looked like a hot mess. Front desk staff were not warm and friendly, but we only needed to talk to them at check in. We would stay again!

The living room couch bed was unsleepable it was broken “literally on the floor”. I took many pictures. The unit is very worn out, even though the view is nice it didn’t justify that unit. I took many pictures and videos, for the amount of money I spent I’m very disappointed. Valet was unorganized, they lost my key 2nd day. So I started parking my own car the duration of the stay.

Spring Break Getaway
The balcony/ view here is amazing. We spent a good part of our vacation enjoying this! It was definitely the highlight of the stay. The unit itself is ok. The layout is good, but it definitely needs some updating. The building also needs significant updating. Gym is in very poor shape. Limited equipment, much of it broken. Valet was also extremely backed up at all hours. We ended up using Uber rather than the rental car we paid for because it took so long to get the car in and out.
