This home was the perfect location for our joint family get-together. The kids (3-13) loved the pool, putting green, gaming system, and board games while the adults enjoyed time outside on the patio and at the outside kitchen. It was everything we needed and then some!

We came to Phoenix for Spring Training and this was the perfect house for our trip. It was located in a great location with great amenities for a family (we had young children). We have already talked about how we would love to stay here again when we go to spring training next year!
In addition to the great grounds, location and amenities, the property owners were beyond fabulous and were able to accommodate our special requests and even sent cookies on our final night. We couldn’t think of a better way to end our stay.

We chose this property for our Scottsdale family vacation and it did not disappoint! The pictures didn’t even do the amazing backyard justice! It was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed outdoor dining and watching the NBA finals in the amazing backyard kitchen and swimming and lounging by the pool. The covered back patio was perfect for enjoying our early morning cup of coffee. The house was exactly as described. It was very clean and we were impressed by the included amenities such as toiletries, paper products, coffee and pool/backyard toys. By far the best part of the property was the hosts! Sonja went above and beyond making sure we were enjoying our vacation including surprising us with a welcome bottle of wine and sweet treat on our last night! The communication throughout the entire rental process was tremendous! If you are planning a family vacation to beautiful Scottsdale and are looking for the perfect house in a prime location, look no further!

Lots of games for indoors and out .Cornhole , Mini Golf ,Heated Pool,PoolTable ,Basketball, We enjoyed them all.
The Kitchen had everything you need for cooking and dishes .Fourteen cup coffee maker was great for the 6 adults .Also small fridge for you cans or wine .
Bedrooms were all great .We hope to come back and stay longer .Sonya was a great host .

The property/house was great! We had four boys under 7 that for sure had a great time not only in the pool, but also having meals around the outside BBQ! There were many hours also spent in the yard and on the putting green! The kitchen had everything and more that we needed. The hosts were outstanding, they were not only responsive with replies but also any solutions that might have been needed. Only thing I would advocate to add to the property would be a hot tub! Overall the stay was everything we hoped for and more and we would absolutely stay here again!

Sonja is definitely a super host! Great communication! The house was well supplied. We cook most of our meals & everything we wanted was stocked. Good quality beds are very important to me. The king & queen mattresses great, good night's sleep & no back pain. Our 3 grandchildren loved the pool and games. It wasn't a hot week, but with the heated pool they were in it! Great multi-generational vacation: hiking, swimming, Botanical Gardens, Children's Museum, Fireman park-playground-museum. Thanks for everything, Sonya!

The house was very clean and nice with very good appliances and linens. There was something for everyone. The pool was beautiful and the putting green was really fun. We loved being able to use the outdoor kitchen and playing lawn games. It was close to beautiful hikes, shopping and restaurants. This house had everything we needed and more!

No detail has been left out from this property that's for sure. Many vacation rentals are scaled back, but this one is dressed to the 9's with an upscale feel. In addition to that, the owners from a distance treat you like extended family through quick responses to questions and more. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay very much with our adult children over the Thanksgiving holiday! The house was very clean and comfortable for us to kick back and relax. The pictures are what you get - which is not always the case. We really enjoyed the kitchen and outside grill area for our many meals!! We didn't get to enjoy the pool - unfortunately the weather this time of year wasn't hot enough - even though the water was warm. The neighborhood was very nice and the location was convenient.

The hosts are amazing and so kind , so communicative throughout the reservation process and trip .
The house is perfect for families , there is so much to do right at the house , the pool is heated very comfortably, there is a putting green, billiards table and multiple games like football and basketball., also board games .
The location also is great right neat Kierland Commons with shopping and restaurants .
We had a great time and beautiful weather except for 1 day out of 8 but then we checked out the butterfly museum which was amazing .Definitely check this house out for your stay.

Week in Scottsdale
This was our first VRBO experience, and Sonja made it a great one! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and we drove no more than 25-30 minutes to reach each activity we wanted to do.
I was impressed with the Host’s top notch communication with their guests and thoughtfulness during our stay i.e. accommodating our early check-in request, greated with a welcome basket and sending us cookies the last day of our stay.
The home itself is as pictured. The bathrooms and kitchen are updated and both very clean. The outdoor grill worked perfectly and my kids enjoyed the indoor basketball game and pool table!
If you have a larger family this home is a great alternative to a small hotel room!

Perfect home base for our family of 10. Plenty of things to keep our teenagers entertained from the pool table to the swimming pool. Easy check in and out process. Super clean and had everything we needed.

Family Spring Fling
The property itself was great. The best equipped kitchen in a vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. Also the owner response time and all communications were superb. The neighborhood is very nice and the only negative during our stay would be the noise at the adjacent property, which is of course, beyond the owner’s control.

Wonderful Scottsdale Home
My family visited Scottsdale to celebrate a significant birthday. The house was wonderful - clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The backyard is gorgeous, with ample areas for both sunbathing and shade. The pool was very nice.
The Scottsdale area is a great place to stay for a visit to the Valley of the Sun.
Sonja was helpful and responsive. We had no complaints at all, and now have many splendid memories we will always treasure.

Great place for a short vacation
Just finished a perfect 4 night vacation with 3 families. House has everything you need for adult and kid activities. The backyard cabana and grill was perfect as a hangout spot once the kids were down for the night.

Spring Break getaway with our college - adult kids was just perfect. Truly couldn’t ask for a better location, house or backyard. We spent almost all our time in the backyard - great set up for family fun and relaxation. Putting green was a big hit! House and furnishings were even nicer than we expected. Lots of extras. This rental (along with great hosts) will NOT disappoint!!

Winter getaway
First of all Sonja and Jeff are a delight to work with—friendly, responsive and patient( I am technologically challenged!)
The house is a great location—very easy to get just about anywhere. The neighborhood is quiet and provides some nice walking areas.
The back yard is a mini resort—pool heated to a most comfortable temp, grill, bar and tv area and a 4 hole putting green. This kept big and little kids entertained.
A pool table inside, foosball and basketball provided more entertainment along with plenty of games.
House had great space for our group. Plenty of towels and supplies. Beds were comfortable.
Hope to return for another winter break and everyone agreed!
