Richard, Saia, Karen and the rest of the staff there were awesome!

The only complaint was their beds. They’re outdated and too soft. It was uncomfortable. That was the only thing I would recommend the hotel upgrading on.

Once we got the room we booked we were delighted with our choice. The staff are really helpful, the breakfast is good and the pool/gym are small but fine. The location is excellent if you don't mind walking into downtown. The hotel does run a free downtown and airport shuttle on the half hours. There is free tea/coffee in the lobby and snacks to buy if you don't want shop.

The room was only cleaned on alternate days.

Location to downtown. Friendly, helpful staff.

We specifically chose this location due to its proximity to the airport and free shuttle. The shuttle was completely booked for the 7 and 8 am run forcing us to pay for a cab. Also, our room was directly next to the elevator, not quiet.

The staff here is amazing! During our stay we interacted with three different people at the front desk and each one was exceptional - helpful and kind! Pool is nice, hot tub is excellent, good breakfast, and very clean room.

Not a lot of counter space in bathroom of accessible room - but I think this is for accessibility reasons and very understandable.

The service and the staff was great. The room was very spacious and the hotel is well located to move around downtown.

The breakfast could be improved, as there was not too much choice. But that was free, so good overall!

Very very very soft beds, sank down to the base

Plenty of parking and easy to find on arriving into Phoenix downtown. About 20 mins walk to the main socialising areas Roosevelt Row etc) which would be too much in high heat. Within walking distance of the tram (to get to the Heard etc), but it’s a few blocks. Good breakfast options given it’s included. Included waffles and bagels. Rooms spacey, clean and comfy. Staff were really lovely and welcoming. They have a shuttle bus but we didn’t use it.

It’s a shower over the bath and our bath (room 211) surface was so wobbly it was like being on a boat! It took a week for the expenses hold to be reversed on my credit card.

Staff were wonderful. Breakfasts were delish!

Our first room had an awful smell but staff got us a different room quickly.

Absolut geniale Lage. Direkt im Zentrum. Alles wichtige schnell zu erreichen. Science Museum und co. Sind nur 7 min zu Fuß weg. Tolles Personal und leckeres Frühstück. Sehr abwechslungsreich für amerikanische Verhältnisse. Es gab immer gratis Kaffee in der Lobby. Wir hatten eine Suite, die sehr geräumig und toll ausgestattet war.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the staff we met were all great. We really appreciated the free shuttle to and from Phoenix airport. The buffet breakfast had good food options.

Our room was right next to the elevators which were very noisy. We considered asking to be moved but as we were only there for 1 night, had just arrived off a long flight and were exhausted, we didn’t. Fortunately some ear plugs did the trick. The aircon unit was also pretty noisy.

Hotel was very nice, staff was GREAT, breakfast was VERY good, convenient location to Diamondbacks Stadium.

Check in was easy. Room is spacious and I always love have a sitting area in the room. Breakfast had a lot of options. Was dropping off daughter to school and decided to take in a baseball game. Loved that we could walk to Chase Field.

Great location, walking distance from chase field. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was spacious and clean. The free airport shuttle and continental breakfast with an outdoor pool was a huge selling point. Highly recommend.
