Convenience access to airport with shuttle service
Hallways and room smelled of mildew. It was awful.

I like to stay there due to the fact that it’s close to the airport. The shuttle is convenient to take when you have a 5 am flight.

The proximity to the airport was good and I liked having the shuttle service. The shuttle drivers were on time and pleasant. The hotel was not busy, so I found it quiet and relaxing. The room looked updated and current in the decor, with a clean bathroom.
I found trash on the floor (near bed), which had not been properly cleaned, the TV had limited channels and a remote that did not work well, there was no info for room service, the restaurant was limited, the vending machine was out of drinks. I also found the staff at the front desk (and on the phone) to be less than welcoming. It felt like I was bothering them when I asked about shuttle service or purchasing a drink in the lobby snack shop.

The friendly staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms, you could not hear the freeway through the windows, the decor was modern and updated, parking was easy & the bed was very comfortable.

Transport from airport and back
Way over priced! It was an average hotel, with an average bed and bath. Nothing extrodinary that would warrant the price of $350.00. We paid it as all the hotels we had a voucher from American Airlines for were already totally booked.

The staff were great.
Most importantly, I was charged more than the $212 I was quoted for a king bed, and I also only got a queen when I checked in. Breakfast was overpriced for runny eggs and stale toast.

Location was great. Very convenient to the airport. Would have taken advantage of the airport shuttle if we had known they were running at 3:30a.m. Hotel was extremely clean! Restaurant on premises was great! Didn't get a chance to try the breakfast as we left so early. Will stay longer next time!

Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice walk in shower. Had a balcony for a nice view of the highway and airport. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of parking available. Will be staying again.

Breakfast. The GM discounted my charges due to the awful experience I had.
I requested a feather free room in advance and received confirmation that my request was approved. I arrived in the evening as was told this was not possible. Housekeeping was gone. I asked I could have a feather free pillow and blanket and fresh sheets and they said they would look for me. I went to the room while they (front desk person and shuttle driver) did so. After an hour I called the desk as I had heard nothing and they said they were still looking and would call me. After another 15-30 mins they said they had nothing. I asked them to send someone to remove the feather bedding from the room. No one came so I put it in the hall and slept on the stripped bed in my sweat clothes with bath towels for pillow and covers. In the morning the GM said I would have to contact booking .com for a refund/discount and I pushed back showing him the confirmation email. He was able to arrange a discount and I paid roughly 1/3 of the nightly rate. I am still dissatisfied with my experience. The night staff should have access to the housekeeping supplies overnight and be able to arrange requests for allergies or have allergy free rooms available. And the hotel should certainly not send out confirmation emails when they cannot fulfill the request.

Very clean, spacious rooms. Reception person nice and helpful. She was very articulate in her recommendations of what to see in Phoenix.
There were many things we did not like: there was no refrigerator in the room, but one was eventually delivered. The first one delivered was not the right size, then there was a second delivery.
The duvet was still wet, and it had to be changed.
And the most ridiculous item on my list, there is a $10.00/day charge for internet use.
Mind you, all of these inconveniences would have been tolerable if the hotel had not been charging top notch price per room.
