Get rid of the homeless people hanging out in the parking lot get the doors to work because they don’t lock very good

The shower

This is the second one I've filled out!!! Upon arriving the parking spaces were full of dirty oil and many of the curbs were broken, hard to park. The door had large spaces around it and didn't secure properly. The floors were sticky, the sink cracked. I had to use the towels to walk on. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. I felt very unsafe there.

Graffiti all around the property. Not a good neighborhood. Lots of homeless around the property. 1st room smelled of Weed 2nd room was dirty. Stains on the curtains and bedding. Disgusting!! Manager was not helpful very Rude!! He said contact who you booked it thru for a refund. We left and went to find another hotel to stay

Easy to find off of interstate

Run down building, outside stairwells full of graffiti and trash. Second floor walkway leaning badly away from building, homeless encampment a block or so away, room filled with cheap furniture, even pictures nailed to wall lopsided. Large stains on the old carpet. Lampshades not secure, tub quite old, bed lumpy and old, difficult to get anyone at front desk to answer phone inquiry about Wi-Fi password. This was definitely not the La Quinta experience we've had it other locations

I was too worried to go to breakfast after the police raid the night before.

Wasn't comfortable with people that actually live in the motel rooms getting evicted by the police. The police used to bull horn to tell three different units to vacate.

Muy mal lugar para llegar, debería costar 25 dólares la noche en todo caso por un lugar tan malo

La habitación no contaba con tarjeta pq se descompuso el aparato que las codifica, no había control de tv, cuarto sucio etc etc

The hotel is in a noisy street and horrible location with a bunch of homeless people around at night

Front doors locked no one in the lobby

Rebooking/extending a day was a pain and I still haven't received the 100 dollar deposit back they charged me upon arrival...

I love that it was ez to make a fast reservation an within the hour i was relaxing 😎😎 comfortably

Nothing everyone and everything was perfect

Room was dirty. Dead cockroach on the bathroom floor and Fogger can left on side. Breakfast was not very good and the coffee was awful. Very few electrical outlets in the room and no USB charging points. Wires for TV handing out of the wall. This property is a disgrace, especially at the prices charged. Even $50 a night would be too much. Tear it down!

We booked through Booking.COM and on arrival found out they had no rooms and informed us that Booking .com had overbooked the hotel. In fact there were a number of people there in the same situation

The service provided by booking.com. It cost us two taxis to get there and then onto another place.

the room was cozy, the bed was comfy, the shower was nice and i loved the size of the room

the stairwell smelled like urine, th edoor didnt fit the frame very well and the key was hard to use

Rude staff in my room was not clean they offered to come in and clean the room versus giving me a room and then I'm still trying to get charges from days I didn't even stay $123 charge twice

Affordable value, many food options nearby. Room was clean and staff was friendly. includes a basic continental breakfast.

The area can be noisy, but that’s proximity to the freeway - can’t blame the property for that. The wi fi could be stronger.

I like carpet on the floor it feels more comfortable. My room was a good location.

Went 4 days NO HOT WATER ASKED TO MOVE AFTER DAY 2 BUT THE CLAIM IT WAS JUST ABOUT FIXED DAY 3 ASKED FOR A CREDIT SAID THEY WOULD ASK MGR. NOT HAPPY HOW THAT WAS HANDLED.
