Not allowed to bring food back and miles from anywhere, staff unhelpful especially the man - very aggressive at breakfast. No light on stairs at the top. Claimed to be 4 star but was actually three at best. Would never stay again under any circumstances.

Friendly welcome, room was clean and the bed was very comfortable and the shower was awesome and the food, I liked the breakfast but really enjoyed the omelette, Heather and Les where the perfects hosts

An absolute jewel of a place for the price I paid. Very clean and tidy upon arrival loved my stay and will definitely be booking again.
My breakfast plate wasn't big enough, for the huge, delicious breakfast I received every morning. See pic yummy yummy.

Brilliant. Value for money. Breakfast is to die for. Lovely couple . Spotless . I would upgrade to a slightly larger room next time but only because I prefer a larger room. No problem with this lovely calm quiet guest house .
The walk to the center. There are trams just over the road and buses. Our fault .

the breakfast was brilliant freshly cooked to order the best tasted porridge i have ever had the hotel was spotlessly clean a credit to the owners who where friendly and helpful slightly further out but thats not a bad thing as its quieter lovely restuarants in bispham near by if your looking for a good hotel at a very good price use this hotel you wont be disapointed

The quiet location and the room was first class.
Excellent choice of breakfast.
I had a train booked in the afternoon and the room had to be vacant by 10 am which is fine.
I asked if I could leave my case but Heather said they were going out.
It spoilt my plans and cost me a new earlier train ticket as I couldn't lug my case around all day.

the breakfast was excellent cooked how i like it. it was a little farther out than i would have liked but close enough to the tram stop to make travel easy.
not having the places i wanted to go to within easy walking distance . not realising it would be as busy as i did not know it was the rebellion concert weekend.

the food and the hosts were excellent the room has everything that you need for your stay and the guest house is well located for a bus and trams and a carpark if none available out side all in all perfect place for an enjoyable holiday
