Relación calidad precio, trato del personal y tranquilidad
Habitaciones y baños limpios, ropa de cama y toallas muy limpias. Pero sugiero pintar paredes de habitación (había manchas), arreglar algunos picaportes de puertas de baño que no cierran (yo no tuve problema, había baños de sobra) y en habitación sustituir la "mesita de noche" que estaba usable pero con mucho ruido en patas e instalar unos colgadores sencillos en pared detrás puerta (abrigo, bufanda y bolso al entrar)

Ubicación para ir al Metropolitano
No funcionó la ducha y, debido a que no había nadie en recepción y la prisa que teníamos por salir temprano, no nos pudimos duchar.

Booking .com said a room was available.
I had arrived after midnight.
When I called Hostal Quinta Santillan they informed me that there was no room available.
I could not stay there and had to search for another room.
The fact that there was poor communication between Booking.com and the Hostal.

One of the staff members was very helpful and the zone is pretty calm and nice
The room was really small. The hotel had heating waaay up and the ac was not working. One of the staff members really didn't help us with anything

It had AC, the room was not too small and the shower and toilet was separated with a door from the sink space.
The room was not very clean, the bed was awfully uncomfortable and it was very noisy, you could hear everything from the outside and the other rooms. And the water from the shower runs all in the bathroom, it was not nice to walk around on the wet floor.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the room very good value for money if you’re on a budget, exceeded expectations for the price paid.

The room and bathroom were not cleaned 100%. I also had issues using the shower, as the shower knob kept coming off.
That said, for €40, I was not expecting much more.

very nice staff, helped us with everything
I knew it was common bathrooms but I didn’t expect them to be very old and missing essential things like toilet paper holder etc. the location is not something for tourists at all. it is an industrial area and there is nothing to do, the metro is useless, we ended up taking lots of Ubers to get around.

Feel abandoned and cold.. bed is so not comfortable was very difficult to sleep.. the matras was not strait..

The value, the bed was comfortable and had everything you need.
There was a fight between other guests and the staff was also involved trying to calm the situation but it was very noisy. The shower had some hair on the floor from previous guests.
