Apartment was modern, clean and great location to be in.

When booking we were promised 2 parking spaces by the host Mick. BEWARE!!! THERE IS NO PARKING FOR THESE APARTMENTS!!! We came up in 2 cars. 4 adults and a toddler, due to difficulties with parking we had to park several streets away, which was incredibly difficult carrying cases and keeping a toddler under control. Also, the lift is temperament and often gets stuck between levels.

I don't know where to start with how brilliant these apartments are. The apartment itself had plenty of room for four adults and had everything you could need. The staff were friendly and made us feel really welcome. Fantastic location, with the best views. Tram stop is across the road so we didn't need to use the car very much. There was free parking on the pub car park a few doors down via a permit.

There was nothing not to like.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would stay again.

We’ve stayed in apartments and hotels across Europe, many of which wrongly state they are luxury. The Queens Mansions in Bispham deliver on this promise in bucketloads. The icing on the cake is the personal service by Mick and his staff who go out of their way to help you at every opportunity. A definite favourite for me in the UK. Perfectly located as well. Many thanks Queens Mansions for a memorable stay. See you soon.
