Despite to cancel my Room, they allowed me to use the WİFİ

I made a reservation through Booking.com, and despite the fact that I arrived at the hotel within 30 minutes of booking, they canceled my room claiming they had sent me an email during this time and that my reservation was canceled because I hadn’t made a prepayment. However, there was no warning about this on the reservation or on the Booking.com website.

No phone or good wifi in room

The entire room was in dilapidated condition. The pictures and the reality don’t match at all. You need to call in order to get warm water. But, how will you ask for warm water. Guess what!? The phone wasn’t working! The toilet pot was dirty. There was dust on the tables. I literally disliked my stay.

Blanket was not in good condition, water tap was completely rusted, need to clean. Room was clean. But there were marks in blankets, it was torn up. Not in good shape. If you charging hefty price for staying in hotel, at least provide customers a good service.

There is nothing to like about the hotel. Once I booked via booking.com, before my trip began, I constently received emails from the hotel urge me to pay online via link. it is very shady and even though I reply the message saying I will pay the full amount once I arrived, but still they did not reply my message, only told me my room got cancle when I arrived to the hotel. They are not the only option and are not the best in any espects, so I don't think they are fully booked. I soon book the other hotel in the neightberhood in walking distance.

This is a shady hotel. Anyone of you see the message, pls avoid this hotel, especailly to the international traveller.

Pathetic treatment . Our booking was confirm by booking.com , but the hotel denied check at showing up .. I was travelling with my wife . We had to face quite some problem finding another at that time .. we arrived at late evening around 9 pm and they didn’t treat us well .

Vey shady place at first glance.. unclean reception area… Un friendly receptionist. Denied check in ..
