This house suited our group very well. It is stylishly decorated inside and has nice places to gather either in the kitchen or on the rooftop deck. It’s a quick drive to downtown or other desirable places. The neighborhood it’s in is developing but there is currently construction underway nearby.

We rented both A & B and they were beautiful rentals. We were on a mission trip and it fit all of our youth perfect. Would def recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at these neighboring townhomes. We had enough space for 12 people (6 couples) and really enjoyed the walkable coffee shops and bars. There will definitely have to be a “picking of straws” for who gets the bunk rooms if it is all couples traveling but all is fair and if you end up with the master you are especially lucky. John (the host) was extremely easy and kind to communicate with and made everything super smooth letting us check in as soon as the maid service left so we could get in and get ready for the rehearsal dinner. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Perfect set of condos for our group. We were able to walk to GEODiS arena for a concert and easily get to shopping, restaurants, and downtown.

We had 12 couplesin our group and thes two townhouses were the perfect location for us. We had so much fun up on the rooftop deck, we were bake to eat "family style" in the large kitchens. We enjoyed the coffee shop right down the street. I had read reviews of it being loud at njght, but we had zero trouble! It is so close to downtown/broadway. When we come back we will definitely stay here again!
They also provided soap, lots of towels, linens and it was immaculate when we arrived.

We stayed here for a work conference and the place was as described. Every room has a bathroom (not all are connected but that was no big deal). Water pressure in unit B was amazing. Beds were comfy. Loved the lighting in the family/dining room. Close enough to the city but not much within walking distance. Great views of the city from the roof.

The two side by side townhouses were great for our group of 16. Nice place to gather in the one house, and nice to have plenty of bathrooms to get ready. The rooms with bunk beds were a little tight for putting luggage in, especially if using to capacity. But overall great experience and location!

Siblings group of 12 celebrating a 50th Birthday stayed in the two units. Units fit us perfectly and the location was good! Walkable to some restaurants and bars and a quick Uber to Broadway and The Gulch. Too cold to enjoy the rooftops but they would be nice in warmer temps! We would definitely stay here again!

We rented two units, side by side. We had a group of 10 adults and had plenty of space. Both units were very clean and comfortable. Our group really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend.

The properties were beautiful! So VERY clean, beautiful decor, fully equipped with necessities, everyone commented on the comfortable beds, the bathrooms are like luxury hotel baths, and just overall great properties. We visit Nashville usually once a year if not two and I think I can speak for all 18 that stayed when I say we would stay here again. Thank you John and Emily these homes are done right.

This new townhouse is nicely furnished with the latest modern appliances and furniture. Very comfortable! We had a few issues put they were quickly taken care of by management.

Eight of us rented 446A and B. A few things did not work, overhead fans, total confusion with getting tv’s to work (with no instructions, all units) and very loose backs on barstools in unit A. Checked in on a Monday afternoon and on Tuesday morning 446A had a massive leak on the third floor bathroom that made its way down to the ceiling on the first floor and flooded the kitchen area. Used all of our bath towels from both units to try to keep ahead of the water…..didn’t work! The occupants eventually had to pack everything up and move into 446D that afternoon. Completely wasted 1/2 a day in Nashville!
Unit 446D was very nice, one extra bedroom/bath, but many things didn’t work or missing something (like a glass shower door).
Units are definitely located in a semi-commercial area, with a coffee house/bar located next door. This wasn’t a problem during the day, but at night, bands, very loud bands play until 1:30am!
Overall the units were nice, if you can live with a few things not working and the late night bar next door.

Home away from the Gaylord
The house and location was perfect for what we were looking for. It was a short drive to the Gaylord where our girls had their dance competition and it was a close drive to Broadway, the Gulch and Vanderbilt. It was also great walking distance to some brewery's, coffee shops and pizza restaurant. There was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy time together as well as having our own bedroom/bathroom. I was disappointed with how things were when we arrived. There was broken furniture on the rooftop, decorations that had been removed from the wall, door would not lock, broken glass under one of the beds and one bed had a pretzel in the sheets. We also had an icemaker, tv, and ceiling fan that did not work. All of these things should have been checked out before our arrival. I was disappointed with these things, but overall the place is very nice and we had a great time. When I did reach out to the owners, they were doing everything they could to try and get things fixed (even over 4th of July week). They were unaware of many of the problems. I would stay here again.

Great location and lots to do
The home was clean and cute. The backyard was fun and had all kinds of activities - hot tub, rock wall, pool table, basketball hoop, surfboards, outdoor seating and dining. We would definitely stay there again.

50th Birthday Celebration
The houses are absolutely beautiful. Everything is updated and user friendly. There was some noise late at night as you are right by a bar. The houses were very clean, however, upon check-in one of them smelled of smoke. I would stay there again as it is close to almost everything.

We reserved the 2 side-by side units, and were really impressed by the decor, quality of the finishes and the beautiful rooftop decks. The kitchens allowed us to have big ole-holiday meals, and game nights, just like we were hoping.
Location-wise, we were in an eclectic area with some cool, walkable coffee houses and restaurants, and were a very easy Uber ride to the Gulch (great restaurants/shopping/exploring) and the downtown Nashville area -- including the amazing live music on Broadway. You will hear the train whistle in the morning, but call it ambiance :)
A couple notes: in some townhouses, it feels very boxy and is noisy with people walking up/down stairs. These townhouses did not feel that way -- very well built and solid, so not echo-y or boxy.
Each unit has a very quiet garage that can accommodate 2 cars. There is street parking, but it felt less safe. This is an area with a lot of new development and conversions (old buildings being turned into new units).
Publix is 1.5 miles away, and a really cool civil war fort is walkable, and gives you a nice view of the city.
We had a few normal VRBO hiccups, and even though we needed to call for assistance on Christmas night (unavoidable), they were very responsive, and took care of the issue.

Fantastic College Reunion!
My large group of college friends rented this property for a wonderful, fun-filled weekend in Nashville. The property was immaculate, beautifully decorated and well appointed. We had everything we needed for a comfortable, high end visit. I'd seriously love to live in one of these units, so comfortable and cool. The decor is just gorgeous!
Our only complaint was the noise from the bar across the street. Very loud live music well into the early morning hours kept many of us with street facing windows awake. One bedroom had minimal window coverings, so they were waking with the sun.
But noise & light complaints aside, we absolutely loved this place and would definitely rent again! Next time I'll bring earplugs or white noise machine & eye mask for a more comfortable sleeping setup. :)

Nashville is the best!
We had 11 ppl down for the Chiefs/Titians game. Game didn’t turn out how we would have liked it to, but the trip was a blast.
These two units were amazing, clean and comfortable, just like you were at your own home.
Walking distance to a great coffee shop, restaurant, brewery and nightclub. (We hit them all)
John was engaging right from the start and responded to every request. Which was only one, because the place was pretty much perfect.

Weekend Nashville Trip
We had an awesome time staying at this property. We had a total of 16 guests and everyone had nothing but great things to say about the property. We were all visiting Nashville for a bachelor party. The location was great getting to and from other events throughout the weekend. Both units had a lot of space and we had to utilize all bedrooms. Everyone felt comfortable. The rooftop was especially neat to have. I would definitely recommend this property again for a big group weekend trip. The property managers were also informative and accommodating. A few of the guests arrived a little early and the property managers were able to work with us to have them check in early. Instructions were clearly provided and we had no issues. Highly recommend this property for a fantastic stay in Nashville.
