BEST VALUE FOR MONEY

I arrived at this "so-called-hotel" after travelling 1000 kms on 27th Sep at 8.00 AM. The approach to their lift is from cellar. I was asked to take flight of stairs down with my luggage to access lift. Guess what, Lift is broken. I call reception to help me as hotel reception is in 3rd floor and I literally have to carry my luggage through 4 floors. Response I received was pathetic. Male receptionist gave me two choices after confirming that my booking was via Booking.com (online booking). 1. Wait for 2 hours in cellar till lift gets repaired Or 2. Book another hotel. Do these people understand meaning of hospitality? Why are they on Booking.com platfrom if they do not want to honor bookings from aggregators? I had to book another hotel on the go at high price. I am utterly disappointed with booking.com for accommodating hotels such as these. Infact, I am not sure if I will ever use booking.com ever again after this experience.

Due diligence from Booking.com in choosing hotels. Mythri is not a hotel. It is worse than a lodge.

I like the room

I didn't like the staff, receptionist, receptionist straightly saying that to he is not supposed to give the room to me but he Doesn't have a chance that's why he is giving me i don't know why,his attitude, actually I'm committed for 2 days because of him I'm changing it for 1 day, i hate that person and i want to pay back

Hotel staff denied to give me room for the booked price which is around 750/-. Demanded 1400/- per night.

They rejected to accomodate

East extra money ask 3k falthu hotel

I have been charged extra Rs 970 even after paying full payment online. As it was in the night i had no other option. And im trying to call customer care suplort but no use.

They have charged extra amount than the price we booked online .
