Excellent Hotel , Excellent Staff. Clean Rooms. It was a nice stay. Beautiful interior with lots of colors.

We stayed for only 5 hours checked in at 1 and checked out at 5pm , so did not use any housekeeping or pantry services. A/c was working though.
The entire room was very dirty ,it was not even sweeped ,cobwebs all over the door and walls, walls were dirty, washroom was very dirty.Overall it was very disappointing. Moreover we were not even given cash receipt ,he bluntly refused to give a receipt.

Everything. Staff is so rude. They are following ola cab driver's strategy. When customer reach their property they are not confirming your booking through app instead they are charging you more and not giving any receipts. Keeping your booking off the radar of apps. So they don't have to pay the commission to apps.
