Lage war Top, der Herr an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und um alles bemüht, Betten waren gut,
Mischmasch an Ausstattung, die Küchenzeile sehr abgenutzt das Hotel hat eher was von einer Pension für Handwerker einfach und zweckmäßig.

Pretty basic but good value for money compared to other offerings. Easy to access from the city center by underground, the hotel is a 5 min walk from the terminus. No problem with cleanliness.
Very basic kitchen equipment, only the most necessary. Staff was friendly but not very helpful in fulfilling our request to stay in one apartment with our kids, even though it could have been realised very easily as it turned out later.

Немного утром глючил WI-FI и долго не могли подключится к телевизору из-за одинаковых имён у 3 телевизоров!

...Das z.B. ein Fön im Bad war. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Die Matratze des Bettes war top. Auch das ist nicht überall so.
Zwar liegt das Hotel an der Hauptstraße, aber das war für mich kein Problem.

Zimmer schlicht aber zweckmäßig und geräumig und vor allem sehr sauber. Mein Zimmer war nach hinten gelegen und sehr ruhig. Ganz nah zu U+S-Bahn. Bequemer Spät Check-In.

Hotels in Munich are expensive. This one can be a good alternative since it is located near a S-bahn station. Supermarkets are just nearby.
The check-in time when the staff is present is rather short.

Hotel rooms were simply but beautifully furnished, spacious and clean. Check-in was fuss-free. Parking spaces available right outside the hotel. Location was very good as public transport and supermarkets were just a short walk away.

It was great to have an apartment with some space. The beds were comfortable with clean linen, the location was pretty good right by the s & u bahn with supermarket five minutes walk away.
It had lack of consistency in the kitchen with cooking and dining utensils, staff were more than happy to grab more when asked.

It was an easy walk to the train station. The room was nice and big, check in was easy, everything nice and clean. Shower a good size. Parking out the front.
The floor. It is lino not carpet, so it had more of a hospital feel rather than a homey feel. A rug would improve it.

- Good location, less than 5 min min walk to metro.
- Owner us very nice and helpful. Luckily I arrived around 11 am and the room was ready for check-in. They also provided chocolate for new year’s gift.
- For 2 bedroom apartment, the room was spacious and equipped with big refrigerator (no freezer), stovetop, microwave.
- The heating system worked very well in winter.
- Free parking nearby the hotel
- Lift is available (easy to transfer our large luggages)
- just small thing, there were no glass for water in the room. Only coffee glasses available.
- Sometimes the water heater in the bathroom stopped working.

at first we didnt feel welcomed coming in with 2 dogs but it got better

Very reasonable price. Clean and the host was friendly.

Our family recently stayed for 4 nights. It is excellent value for money - not glamorous but comfortable. We chose this hotel as we could park the car easily and also get to the airport and the city really easily by train. There is a dining table but no sofa in the living room.

the staff , especially Felix was amazing . a really warm welcome from him and the room was available earlier than I expected. the room was clean and the location was really good , 30 mins from the airport and easily to access to the city centre . highly recommended

The apartment was very clean, easy to find with Google maps, car parking and nearby is a metro station which was very convenient.
In reality the apartment was excellent - the only thing was that it didn’t have living room for chilling and the TV is small. :)
