The location

The greeting could have been better, and the front desk clerk seemed bored to do her job. The first room wasn't great, and the bathroom didn't close all the way. The door was dirty. They changed our room right away. In the second room, I had to request toilet paper they left a used roll that had a little bit in it. Our room didn't get clean during our stay. I had to request housekeeping to pick up the garbage and give us clean towels. Breakfast wasn't the best. I will definitely not stay again.

They told us If we stayed longer than a week we would get the room for $139 per night. They didn’t honor it. The breakfast crew closes early and isn’t friendly about it.

The pool area was nice, however there was never enough towels available. Also the employees brought in family members who disrupted playtime with our granddaughter(8 years old) who was travelling with us. The employee family members were loud and jumping and pushing each other into the pool, thus making it impossible for my granddaughter to play in the pool. They also used profanities.

The breakfast items were pretty bad. The coffee was undrinkalble. Choices were limited. We didn't care for much of it. By the time we got the waffles cooked the butter was still cold. When we asked if the butter could be melted in a microwave we were told no. The microwave was not for food.. ?? The employee was quite rude. As far as front desk employees and the laundry dept ...we had a time keeping towel, hand towels and wash cloths in our room. I had to ask for towels twice a day just to get enough to shower with. We actually used the extra set of sheets provided for our sofa bed to dry off one day. The sofa bed was impossible to sit on! We were displeased with the hardness of the seats. Since there was 3 of us in the room only one of us at the time could sit in the desk chair. One of the front desk employees brought this doll in and sat it on the counter. See picture below.

Breakfast was not really good. The fruit was good as well as making your own homemade waffles. The eggs were not seasoned and they were just cooked and thrown in a big serving dish. No flavor or anything.

The room was very clean and a good, comfortable size with a very functional layout. I found the wallpaper relaxing, and the bed was very comfortable. The only suggestion I could possibly make is a handheld shower head and maybe a little more water pressure, but overall, the stay was more than satisfactory, and the staff was very nice!
