My child loved the swimming pool since it is clean and well-maintained.

1. The cleanliness. The family room we booked was not clean. We encountered many roaches plus the sink had a lot of stains. Mosquitoes also filled the place. 2. The location. We had to spend 150 php one way just to get to Alona beach. It’s a bit far.

The staff is very nice.

The location is bad. Nothing around. Sanitary is worried with the cockroaches on the wall.

The staff smiles all the time. The swimming pool is the best! Ms. Rhea and Ms. Marie is very approachable.

Just the bathroom- when you take a bath, the water leaks into the toilet.

My son was trapped inside the bathroom, that doesn’t have any way of getting in and out except for the door that doesn’t have a way to open from outside. The lock inside was rusty hence my son struggled to open it up given that he is only 7 years old. He was crying and traumatized, no vent was noted as well, theres really no way to get in except to break the door. Fortunately I was able to calm mi son down and instructed him to keep on trying to unlock the knobs, it was a bit complicated for a 7 years old as well, although the staff was responsive, they were clueless as well. I believe this is a hazard and a safety issue to its occupant. The water smells rusty, although the main building looks new and modern, it was rusty. I wasn’t pleased at all… it is all pricey for this matter that I am Writing my complaint. Given that this incident happened and i booked 6 rooms for my family, all I got from the reception staff was “we are very sorry ma’am”. If I didn’t rant to the reception about what happened, these folks doesn’t seem to care at all… will not go back to this place… I recommend you to go else where!!! My son was traumatized and would not dare to lock doors anymore😔 I am so disappointed.

The ambiance is good, and the bed is comfortable.

Room is too tight. Aircon is not working well.No hot shower. Didnt like the taste of the water. Noisy environment. Didnt inform us ahead that the pool is still being repaired. No credit card option, only cash payment.

Everything about the place catered to the Chinese nationals, room wasn’t the same as what we booked via their online pictures, looks old and unclean plus everything needs a payment. cash basis and waivers to trap you into paying if you did something so it wasn’t really that comfortable.

The location is amazing cuz it's quiet. Love all the foods they serve. The rooms were cleaned well and the staff were amazing. Highly recommend!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Panglao 💙

The rooms were very nice & clean. Quiet place to relax and unwind after a great island experience. The staff were excellent, they took care of our needs and requests (kudos to Rhea & Marie).

The rooms were not really sound proof, I mean we woke up at 4am hearing the banging of the door next to us plus the room above us we can hear them moving their chairs and the room beside us too, we can hear their tv running at 3am m, we weren't able to have a good sleep because of that.
