Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Nice deck overlooking the sea--great views. Well thought out and laid out apartment. Reasonably sized bedroom and living room. Good location--short walk to the beach or the main Capri city center.

Bathroom was small and shower was tiny--difficult to take a shower in the tiny shower stall. Shower floor drain didn't drain well and so we stood in a rising pool of water as we showered. No regular housekeeping unless you requested. Outdoor deck was messy and not well-cleaned.

Great space. Wonderful views. Enjoyed our stay very much. Antonio was very helpful, arranged restaurant booking, taxi, quick to respond.

Wonderful view. Great location in Marina Piccolo, but a 10-15 minute walk uphill into town. Quiet part of the island. Great a/c.

What an amazing experience! The location is just a dream! With the best view I ever had on the island!!! The very classy and yet casual details of the interior design ! I felt in love with teakwood vintage wardrobes ! Antonio is the best host! Very patient and understanding! He was very helpful and quick in the answers and gave us all the informations and the contacts we needed! It’s better than a 5 stars hotel and less expensive 👌👌👌 go for it 👍

The apartment is exceptional. In reality the interior is much better than what one sees on the photos. There is a fully equipped kitchen. It is suitable for both short visits and longer stays. The terrace is very large and is very well furnished with everything you need to enjoy one of the best views of Capri. It is so spectacular that we ended up spending several evenings dining on this terrace instead of going out. Antonio, the manager of this property, also exceeded our expectations – he was very attentive, replied to our messages very promptly, gave good introductory orientation to the island on our arrival, arranged for us a private boat tour around the island with a pick up from Marina Piccola. Luckily for us he also happened to be at the port when our ferry docked and kindly gave us a lift to the apartment. He did his best to make sure our stay was exceptional. Thank you very much, Antonio! A couple of notes: keep in mind that the apartment is on the third floor of the building and is accessible by stairs only. The building itself is located on a rather steep slope some 40 meters above the sea level, halfway between the beach and the town of Capri, so you have to be ready for a rather physical walking up or down (unless you call an expensive iconic cabriolet taxi). Actually, this warning applies to the whole of Capri, many areas of which are accessible only by foot. However these paths are very scenic and worth the effort. Being on the slope allows to have the wonderful unobstructed view of the beautiful Faraglioni and all those mega-yachts in the sea from the terrace! In any case, this apartment is just very delightful and definitely contributed to our fondest memories of this wonderful island.

There was only one issue during the stay – low water pressure in the bathroom, but not in the kitchen. And a general advice for those visiting Capri not specifically applicable to this property – have an insect repellent at hand as the island is very green and there may be mosquitos.

Really lovely apartment - well furnished and very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The terrace was huge, beautiful and has possibly the best view in Capri! Antonio was so so helpful - he came and picked us up when we made the mistake of trying to walk on arrival in Capri and also gave us a lift back to the port when we left. We provided lots of recommendations and was happy to help with reservations, taxi bookings etc if needed. We appreciated having facilities such as a washing machine half way through a two week stay in Italy! Although not right in the middle of town, the location is very very good - 5 minutes walk down to the beach and about 10 minutes up to town. The bed was particularly comfortable.

The property is perfectly located, excellent amenities and Antonio our host could not have been more amazing and super generous and helpful. We would stay here again in the drop of a hat. It was ideally located, just a 10 minute walk into main Capri town centre and also only a few minutes from the little Beach Marina Piccolo. Antonio had great recommendations and was so helpful.
